"The room was in great condition. Everything was clean. The beds a bit on the softer side, but comfortable. There was no top sheet. AC worked well. Outside of the unit was fine. The table and chairs are rusty and did not seem safe to sit on though. There was a cute seating area with a firepit, lounge chairs & a hammock. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy as well. We needed the WiFi, and the host responded very quickly to our communication. Overall a great stay. "

"While my family was looking forward to spending time together, this property unfortunately did not meet our standards. The check-in process wasn’t as straightforward as it’s been with other rentals, however, the property manager was responsive. Upon entering the rental, we noticed rust on the fridge, caked on dust and black mold on the AC unit, a roach in the bathroom cabinet, a roach in the information binder that was hidden in the entertainment center, dirty comforter, not nearly enough...
