It's a very beautiful home and you cannot beat the pool area! Despite the problem described below, my family enjoyed our stay very much. I do have one issue and that is the fact that the home is listed as "wheelchair accessible" which it is not. When seeking a home to rent, I specifically searched handicap accessible since we have a disabled family member. Unfortunately, the bathroom doorways are VERY narrow (like 26"), which made the bathrooms inaccessible for my brother-in-law, a real show-stopper!! Given that this was a family reunion with each of us travelling from different parts of the country, and since a refund would not be issued, we had no choice but to make the best of a bad situation which was not easy considering there would be no bathroom access for one party member. Fortunately, we were able to make some other arrangements for my brother-in-law, although costly. So if you truly need wheelchair accessible, this is not the house for you, otherwise it was beautiful.

Lovely Home

Enjoyed our stay at this Ft. Pierce home. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurant options. Pool, pool table, ping pong table and bikes were a plus and the atrium room with the mural was unique :). Would stay again.

Spacious and clean house

I booked this house for a trip for my son who is graduating this year and we were going on a deep sea fishing charter. There was 5 of us and the house was very clean and spacious. It was a cooler weekend and we loved the pool table and ping pong table. The beds were comfortable. Very nice and safe neighborhood for walks. Restaurants and the beach were a short ride away. Archie's Seabreeze was our favorite. Taylor was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here and recommend to anyone.

Very nice home in a lovely neighborhood

Very clean comfortable home in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Great location, could bike to anywhere that matters in 10 or 15 minutes. Very relaxing pool area, a great rental for family or friends

Cup Of Sea

An amazing property close to everything with an awesome pool! We had a blast the pool was incredible, beds extremely comfortable, house as a whole had everything you would need. We didn’t even venture out much due to the pool being so amazing. Bbq worked flawlessly and pool table was a nice addition. I would recommend this property and definitely stay there again.

Independence Getaway

We stayed at Cup of Sea for a mini vacation with the family for Independence Day. We were 8 adults/teens and the house size was comfortable. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool to the max. Barbecued every day. The house was spotless, fully equipped and had everything needed for a beach day. Highly recommend the house. Extremely close to the beach.

This place is awesome!

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away where we could just unwind and relax and this was it. It was just as pictured and we enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was very clean and had what we needed. The owner is very nice and was very attentive to my texts. We have already booked a future date.☺️

Peaceful beach retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Cup of Sea. Taylor was excellent in communication related to some issues on arrival but those were handled promptly. Beds were super comfy, outside pool was awesome. We played the pool table all day every day and the short distance to the beach was great. We enjoyed movies at night in the living room on the comfy couch. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to come back soon.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and cousin from up North. We came to visit my elderly Mother. The house was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed , very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to visit, cook out, get great rum runners to go from the jetty lounge and sleep great in the comfy bedrooms.

Beautiful House

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was so clean you could eat off the floor. The pool was fantastic, it was so close to the beach. Any suggestions I had were already addressed with the owner and we really didn't have any complaints. Overall , we would certainly come back here again and I would recommend this place to anyone . Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Family getaway

Our family had the opportunity to gather while my son was on leave from the Army. We spent time by the pool, on the beach, playing ping pong, riding the bikes provided, watching movies, grilling and enjoying the area. The house is light and bright, clean, close to everything and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again!

Great Location, Nicely Appointed house

The property has been recently rehabbed and everything was in excellent condition. Between the local parks/beaches, ping pong, pool table, 2 bikes, pool, deck and TVs, there was plenty to do at the house and locally. The local beach/park is great and you can see sunrise to sunset over the inlet. A couple of suggestions/improvements: -add some board games and chess/checkers. -label the TV remote controls. Having a Roku in every room was great but we collected them each night to keep kids from watching TV overnight and it would be helpful to label them. -Provide coffee filters. This 99-cent item for a pack of 100 caused us to need to go to the store. -while the property had 2 air conditioners, the distribution of AC (especially at night when doors were closed) needs improvement. The ACs struggled to keep the house cool in the middle of the day (in June), then at night some areas were cold but the master bedroom was hot. The A/C was really the only notable improvement and I know it is difficult to get the distribution correct (we have a similar issue at our own house). It would not stop us from coming back.

Private tropical oasis!

Five stars - pictures do not do it justice! Backyard feels like a private tropical oasis. You could stay here your entire vacation, never leave the house and still be entertained and feel like you're on a tropical island. Beautiful warm pool, lush landscaping with colorful lights at night, outdoor fridge, ping-pong table, lounge chairs with adjustable umbrella - and that is just the outside! The home was tastefully decorated, simple but thoughtful and beach themed. Overall, it felt warm and inviting - like we could live there. The pool table was quality (a lot of tables can be wonky) we enjoyed playing quite a few games of pool, if this is something you are looking for, this home has a good one :) The quality of the kitchen utensils (knife set, blender, etc.) were like what I would have at my own home, meaning they are higher quality than many other rentals I have stayed in. Location was excellent - walk to the beach, I heard there were bikes but we did not end up using them. Neighborhood is quiet, but if you want some action, Jetty Park is just down the street. Host Taylor was a great communicator, the check-in & check-out was easy & simple. If we go back to Fort Pierce for any length of time, we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Great communication with the owner, needed help with pool cleaning since a storm blew through the day before we arrived. They handled it within 30 minutes of us arriving. The area was nice and the community around was very quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants within 3-5 minutes from the home. Only complaint was that we had to leave after 5 days. Lol

Great vacation spot!

This house was wonderful for our family trip (adults & 2 kids); it was immaculate and had everything we needed. We agreed that the pictures online did not show how great the backyard/ pool area really was! At night, the palm trees and patio area had pretty lights and we loved sitting out there. Walking distance to the beach and a 5-minute drive to many cute restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We hope we can stay again in the future!
