El hotel esta muy bien situado, tranquilo y las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones y limpias, la habitacion limpia y muy comoda, el desayuno variable excelente ambiente, la pescera en el area del desayuno deberian limpiarla y tratar el agua, la atencion del personal en la recepcion es poco amigable podria ser mas amable y cordial, es la primera impresion y la ultima y no fueron muy amables ninguna de las dos.

Un personal muy atento muy profesional,ofrecen su ayuda en todas las situaciones,un desayuno diverso y muy acogedor el lugar ,Solo dos detalles primero el calentador de Shower solo el agua estaba mediana temperatura (No Caliente) y segundo la piscina no estaba limpia, el agua no era transparente , tenia basuras.,Por todo lo demas visitariamos el lugar nuevamente.!

Hotel de Paso
Bastante bien, eran 2 hab dentro de la misma habitación y 2 baños para ir en familia está perfecto. Nosotros íbamos solo de paso por lo para eso cumplió nuestras expectativas. La implementación de la cocina fue lo único deficiente, faltan bastante cosas.

Lindas vacaciones
Me encantó la suite, y si pides en el 1er piso, tienes acceso directo al patio, y ahí esta la, piscina y jardines. Todo limpio y ordenado. El publix está al lado y el mall Sanibel outlet al frente. Incluye escritorio y excelente wifi. Se necesita automóvil o uber para moverse.

Me fue muy bien , solo cuando al día siguiente de estar en el hotel que ya las toallas las tenía sucia y pedí nuevas me dijeron que no tenían Porq las estaban lavando. Parese q tienen las toallas limitadas pero todo lo otro bien.

EXCELENTE ESTADIA
Llegamos luego de una lluvia muy intensa y aunque algunas calles del área estaban anegadas, el hotel y su estacionamiento estaban absolutamente "a salvo". La ubicación la buscamos deliberadamente, por estar a medio camino entre las playas y el centro de la ciudad. Posee un supermercado, una estación de servicio Seven Eleven y un mall contiguos, por lo cual es posible ir caminando y resolver cualquier necesidad en minutos y sin problemas. Muy buena atención, personal amable, en especial en el área de desayuno, que es variado y de buena calidad. Muy buen gesto ser consultados personalmente por el management del hotel durante el desayuno por cualquier inconveniente o sugerencia. Habitación súper amplia y confortable, silenciosa y bien equipada. Un gusto haber estado en este Hotel, volvería gustoso.

They gave us a different room than the one we had booked, the bathroom was dirty, there was not even a towel, I had to ask for them, nor body soap and when I asked for it the girl at the front desk said that someone would come and it never happened, to close with To top it off, we had no power since yesterday morning at 6 and we couldn't even take a shower to leave the hotel when checking out. The truth is that it is a very expensive and very bad hotel, it is not worth the cost.

Residence Inn was very close to the bridge to Sanibel which is what we were looking for. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room overlooking the pool was clean and spacious. What I didn't care for was the air-conditioning unit was behind a door in the room right by the bed. It was extremely loud when it ran. My daughter who sleeps like a rock was also woken up by the unit throughout the night. When it turned off and didn't run the room got so hot very quickly. You were either cool with a loud unit or hot with a quiet unit. My other complaint is that the workers were out leaf-blowing at 7 am both mornings I was there. I felt like I was back home with my annoying neighbor waking me up on the weekends. I was on the second floor by the pool so maybe if I was higher up it wouldn't seem so loud, but it was frustrating to be woken up so early in the morning, especially after a disruptive sleep from the air conditioner. If you do not care about noise while sleeping then this is your place. If you're a light sleeper like me, you may want to stay somewhere else or bring ear plugs.

We had a great time visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and we will definitely come back and stay at this Residence Inn because everyone was so welcoming and nice, the location is super convenient, ~30 min from the islands and with a publix and some restaurants right next to the hotel. The room was also nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you!
