We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The pool was such a hit with our group and made for so many fun memories. There was plenty of seating and space for our family of 13, and we never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, plate, and piece of glassware we could possibly need, which made cooking and meals incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Beautiful Getaway

This home is an excellent place for a peaceful, waterfront getaway! Quiet, easily accessible neighborhood that is close to everything. The pool was great and the views are gorgeous. We have rented many homes over the years and this one rivals any of them for comfort. Plenty of room to spread out or spend time together and the home is well stocked with everything you need. Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family, adult kids/spouses, and grands had a wonderful stay in this property celebrating papa's retirement. It was just as advertised and we took advantage of all the amenities. The pool was a huge hit with all and used day and night.We couldn't have expected anything better. It was perfect.Thank you Renee for being a fantastic hostess.

A little taste of paradise

The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely serene. The view is beautiful. The kitchen has every appliance you would need. Fully stocked on dishes, pots and pans. Plenty of towels throughout the house. Tons of items for the kids to have fun in the pool. We forgot our child’s vest but there was one here. There are also a few board games and decks of playing cards available.The living room has comfortable seating but there is a glare on living room TV in the morning from the dining room window which faces the TV. There are no curtains or window shades to block the glare. But it’s not too bad.Full Sun comes through the sliding glass doors in the living room every evening because it faces West. As the sun sets - the loveseat, and anyone sitting on it, gets full sun. There are no blinds or curtains to block the sun from that direction either.One issue we’ve come to accept with renting houses is trash overflow. We usually have to deal with it until trash pickup day. We thought it was unavoidable. However that was not the case here. There are plenty of trash cans outside so that eliminates any issues with overflow. Also, there were no insects to be seen outside (inside as well but that’s to be expected). Not sure how they manage that in the pool area but no bugs and no mosquito issues. Overall, this house was convenient and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our time in Cape Coral at this house! The home was very spacious. We had 5 kids and 6 adults stay at the home. We had lots of fun with the kids in the pool and there were a lot of kids and beach toys to play with outside! The views are beautiful!

Relaxing and comfortable

The home is laid out in such a manor that our group of 10 family members could find space to all be together or find a quiet spot of our own. Being on a canal was great for the grand kids and the pool was the best thing ever. Well supplied with almost everything we needed. VERY comfortable home. Good price, good location, and attractive. Awesome spot for family and froends

Check in and communication with host was awesome. We had 13 adults and a toddler and never felt crowded or ‘on top’ of each other. Location is awesome if you want to just relax and lounge by the pool. Kayaking was great, fully stocked kitchen was terrific and the host worked with us on our particular arrival and departure needs super easily. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful home in a great location, quiet neighborhood. Spent a week with family and friends...11 total, mix of adults and teens. Pefect bedroom setup. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. Adults enjoyed quiet evenings on the dock. Perfect location with a short drive to everything. Loved that chairs, umbrella, towels were provided to enjoy a beach day as we flew in without those items. House was very clean. Kitchen was a bit warm compared to the rest of the house...especially cooking meals, but may just be a summer issue. Would definitely rent again if back in the area! Highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!!

This property is FANTASTIC! We had a family vacation with our 4 adults kids (plus son-in-law) and 2 grand kids. This property has EVERYTHING needed to enjoy the HEATED pool and the BEAUTIFUL waterfront. We kayaked and fished every day (caught 2 fish!), saw dolphins swim by, and our 3-year-old granddaughter was in the pool from sunrise to sunset. Actually, we all were in the pool nonstop. It was delightful! The house is so spacious and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you would need for cooking. We enjoyed dinners by the pool every night, and cocktails down by the water in the evenings. The loungers by the dock are SO comfortable. This is truly such a special place. We live on water in Minnesota, so we’re used to that delightful perk, but there was something so special about the canals of Cape Coral. It’s like the Venice, Italy of the US. So fun! Close to so much, we enjoyed Tropical Breeze mini golf, Top Golf, Sanibel Island Beach, and seeing the MN Twins play at their spring training field. Our family time together was the absolute best, and we are so appreciative to have walked into a completely clean home with every amenity needed. MUCH THANKS FROM THIS GRATEFUL FAMILY!

Family Vacation

The home was very clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen items, many towels and the kids greatly enjoyed the pool! The boys used the fishing pools and caught some catfish-they went back in the water. My daughters used the kayaks and all the beach stuff was greatly appreciated

Our Family Trip

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We mostly stayed here again because of the number of bedrooms, private pool and being on the canal. The house needs some work. The kitchen is outdated and very much in need of repairs and the bedroom and bathroom doors don’t lock very well. The furniture is very dated. Great place to stay but for the money it could use some upgrades.

Great Cape Coral home

Everything was great and as advertised. The only issue we had was that the pool heater wasn't working properly, so it was too cold to enjoy. However, as soon as the owner found out, she contacted me and offered to refund us $250 without us even asking for anything which was nice.

Family Vacation

This was the first time we were able to bring all of our kids together for a family vacation. We contacted the owner and host several times to ask questions about the property and they were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our choice to stay at this property. The 6 bedrooms, pool, large kitchen, kayaks and beautiful view really made our stay memorable. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and great sunset view from the pool

We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other posts, the kitchen is in desperate need of an update and communication from the property manager were hit and miss. The property itself is nice and the kids had fun. We fit two families totaling 4 adults and 5 kids and had room for probably a third family of similar size. It also appears the owners have read previous reviews because they did have roku in every room, which made streaming for the kids awesome when they were winding down from a day at the beach or pool time. It’s close to main shopping areas as well, which made grocery runs convenient. It was great to be able to use the kayaks and they have a healthy supply of beach towels and toys. It would have been nice if some of the usual hotel amenities like shampoo/conditioner/soap were supplied, but not a big deal. It was nice to have on-site laundry as well, but the dryer took several cycles to actually dry a load of clothes.

Great location - quiet neighborhood

Our extended family group really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful vacation rental! We especially liked the well-lit rooms, the dock and kayaks, and the pool. It was also convenient to other activities and major roads. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with lots of dishes and utensils.
