"It was clean, centrally located to cash bus into Manhattan. Plenty of places near to catch a bite to eat. "

"Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation."

"Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...

"Excelente ubicación, cocina completa y limpia, aire acondicionado en habitaciones principal, toma en cuenta que son 3 pisos y no hay elevador. Fue práctico y buena relación calidad precio."

"Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again."

"We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis."

"The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time."
