Fabulous property! The house is TIGHT! Amazing forethought went into the construction and build-out of this property. And the setting is PEACE ON EARTH. The views and waterfront setting are serene and unique. Ft Lauderdale is such a busy and congested city - but when you get to this property, you escape the madness! The property manager was super responsive and helpful with the minor things that came up. We sure hope it will be available when we return next year.

We were blown away with this beautiful appointed home...as we drove down a quiet street we enter the u shape drive way great for in and out and droping packages after a day of shopping. the home is located in a very upscale community and when you enter the home you are amazed at the decor. the interior layout is perfect for a entertaining home and the living room is large and open area to the kitchen and the pool table.the master bedroom is great including a large TV and all the drapes work off a electronic moving basis.We loved the bathrooms and in the master bedroom two bathrooms are attached. As we enter the pool area we are faced with a covered dining table and setting for 8 persons. As you enter the pool you noticed two areas for sitting with a large covered umbrella working for covering the sun.the waterway of this house has a large canal that leads into the river to the atlantic ocean. Of all the homes we rented this is beats them all. We are already booked for a return in February and plan to rebook in late 2026 and early 2027.

The place was nice but a little different than what is shown. especially the bathrooms in the master. I assume it was a his and hers and we had to let her bathroom go to our daughter and son-n- law. the bedroom in the front by the laundry I assume once was a garage but wasn't a bedroom in the beginning, really no storage.but overall, it was nice love the outdoor area the most. Thank you- oh and one other thing there was a lizard in the house. you might need to get that checked. Have a blessed morning

Nice house but needs to be updated!

Overall, the location and property are great! My only thing is that the house is in need of major updates and new furnishings. The backyard loungers are rusted and umbrella has holes. The rug has seen better days, as well as the sofa furniture. Pool tiles were broken off the ledges. The hammock on the canal was about to break, thank god I saw it before my kids went on it. The interior furnishings have stains ( beds and seating). The walls are scuffed up. Bottom line is this house needs to be repaired and backyard furnishings need to be replaced. Host was easy to contact, and asked for pictures of all the things I mentioned, however, they never came and fixed any of it ( primary and secondary bedrooms share a second bath, but the doors do not lock. It was an odd set up, and closets and baths only had curtains not doors!)It has such great potential but fell flat for so many reasons. I hope they take care of this as it can be so great. I do understand how hard it is to upkeep rentals, but this was boarder line gross.

Quick florida getaway

Great house.....great space. Lots of beds and bath forna easy stay of 6 people. Rented paddleboards. Love the outdoor seating with firepit. Close to the beach...communication throughout was great as well.

July Family Trip

Very chic/elegant house. Very large space. We were 9 adults and felt pretty comfortable there. The outdoor space is just beautiful and the Gym in the garage was a big hit with the Millennials who joined us.

Great space for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners provided a travel crib and high chair for our 18 month old grand child. The pool was perfect , with a shallow area for little girl to play. The kitchen and laundry were a great addition. Very high end appliances. The canal view was a hit for all of us. We enjoyed days at the beach , pool side and had access to great restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

Great property and host…less desirable location

If your vacation intention is to stay at a home in luxury, this is the property for you! The house is exactly as listed. It’s new, clean and lots of room for our family with five adults. The pool area is really nice with a great view of the waterway. There were a few very minor follow-up items to address with Quentin and he was very responsive. If your vacation intention is to walk around and explore, you may think twice about the location. We were disappointed that the area was not amenable to walking, because the pawn shops, tattoo and massage parlours right around the corner lent an unsafe feeling to the neighborhood. If your goal is a self contained top notch house/pool, this fits the bill.
