The house was big and spacious Pool was good, however had only one very dirty lounge chair. In the back yard there was an old dishwasher, old planters etc. Overall ok. Location is great.

We had a great time at this spacious, beautiful property with 6 adults/2 kids; 5 night stay. The property manager was helpful and responsive with what we needed. I was happy with the layout (view/ access to the pool throughout the house), condition, and location of the home (quiet & upscale neighborhood near hospital, stores,beach,etc). Comfortable beds and very nice showers. The pool was clean and maintained a good temperature. My granddaughter had a blast in the pool. You may want to wear swim shoes to prevent blisters if you are swimming for prolonged periods of time. Overall, I would highly recommend ValGal Vacation Rentals and this property.

Everyone makes mistakes how customer service handles the situation makes all the difference

Good morning Here is all the storyI sent a message on Dec 26 saying that I was hoping the weather was amazing and I couldn’t wait to get hereThe response was. ‘’ send your ID’’A brief and rude replybut I sent my IDThe final payment was taken around Dec 26 and I got an email with all the details and the code to enter the house On Dec 28 we landed at 1:30 pm, by the time we got the rental car, had a snack and did the grocery we finally arrived at the house around 5pmWe looked around the house we were excited to discover this place that we had rented a while back. We got to the master bedroom and noticed that the shower was in renovation and all the pieces were on the bed and the desks in the master bedroom I looked at my email to find the number to call, the first one I got a voice mail so then I sent an email asking for an urgent response then I called another number and the person that answered was really rude telling me I should read my emails and I should have canceled because the house was not ready to be rented. I responded that I do read my emails that is why we were in the house since I had the codes to get in!!!!He kept telling me to leaveOk but were to go ?It’s now 8pm on Saturday night and we are 8!Not offering any solutions or places to stay It is without a say that I was not really happy with his helpNo where to go and threats that we had to leave NOW An apology would have been appreciated instead of pressuring me to get out of my ren

Florida vacation

The house was a little hard to find at first because GPS kept taking us to the alley behind the house and it was dark when we arrived. It was a good location for us as we wanted to see Miami, the Everglades, beaches and a was near all of these. Pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay after several emails about the bottom being dirty. Overall it was a nice house and felt like a safe neighborhood

Great place in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, nice showers with good water pressure, and a great location that is convenient to so much stuff! Try out Rickey's Restaurant & Sports Bar just down the street for some great wings!

Endroit magnifique, secteur tranquille et sécuritaire. La maison est très propre et proche de tout. Je la recommande à tous. Certains Accessoires limités (peu de savon à lave-vaisselle, pas de serviette à vaisselle, peu de papier de toilette pour 8 personnes)

Great property

This was a great property in great location. Pool great, kids could swim and could be watched from inside the house, though rough on your feet those who used pool had sores rubbed on feet from roughness of the bottom. Check- in email stated pool guy came on Monday's for maintenence, though not sure he did. Property lacked towels and wash clothes for number of people it is supposed to accommodate. Lacked esstentials such as laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper we had to buy these items upon arrival. Micrwave control panel was locked and unable to used, though we did not contact host for assistance. Overall property was and we were satisfied with stay. Would stay here agin and would recommend to others.

We had a great stay Easy communication Wi-fi connection did not allow for all gaming consoles to be on at same time, luckily the weather was great and not much time was spent gaming Pool area could’ve used a little sprucing up, a couple of the chairs were broken but there were more than enough for us

Beach vacation

The house is in a quite upscale neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful house, everything worked, the pool was awsome and we didnt have to deal with bugs because the pool and patio are screened in. Great communication they took care of all our needs.
