Beautiful Gem

This is a fantastic place to relax for a few days or longer. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing!! Great little spot! Quiet and very charming! Everything we needed.

What a great place!

Close to some great places and the room and pool/gazebo area were excellent! Would stay again. The only thing that wasn't completed clear from the listing is that it is a multi-unit location, but we met some very nice people.

Perfect place for a long weekend

I’ve been traveling back and forth from NY for 8 months and keep circling back to this apartment and another that Filipe has. He is the perfect host and the fact that I keep staying at his properties says it all no?

Pretty solid

Our stay at this VRBO was pretty good! The room was clean and we loved the snacks and water provided at our stay. The pool and backyard area was perfect for relaxing and it’s not too far from downtown OP area! Check in process was super easy and quick. The only issue we had was on the last night of our stay, our AC was not AC-ing. Whatever we tried, it didn’t work. By the time we got home & realized it, it was after midnight and I messaged the owner about the issue, but didn’t hear back. Obviously not a major concern as we were leaving the next morning, but waking up to a 83 degree unit and not hearing back wasn’t super pleasant. Hopefully it’s all fixed for the next stay because we would totally recommend Felipe’s place!

Hidden Gem

Nice place , pool and the backyard impeccable. The owner is pro active. Room is full equiped and clean. If we come back in Fort Lauderdale, we will stay here again.

An oasis !

Wonderful place to enjoy my vacation! The studio was clean, well equipped and the outdoor space was an oasis! The owners were so kind to me and made sure I had everything I needed! The location was perfect for me and close to everything. Thank you both again!

Enjoyed our stay and the owners were very accomadating.

The property was well maintained. Loved the pool and the location was very convenient for all activities we were interested in. Liked it so well that we are planning to return there next year
