Communication on the location and how to check into the property was very simple and provided ahead of time. When the four of us arrived at 4:00pm we were able to enter the property without any issue. The first thing that we noticed was that the Refrigerator had a min fridge in front of it. RV size. The full-size fridge was not working. During our 5-night stay this was at times an issue. Some of the dishes were not cleaned. If you do stay at this location, I would recommend that you wash the dishes before using. The bedrooms are nice size and the beds are nice. The bathrooms had shampoo and soap and were clean and nice. There was a sign on the washing machine and dryer not to use. This did cause a huge issue. The towels that were supplied did not accommodate for 5 nights for four people. I sent a message to the management team and was provided a supply the next day. The management team was very helpful and followed up with me to ensure we were taken care of. Still no communication from the owners. The location is nice. I feel that we should have been told about the fridge and washer / dryer prior to our trip and even a discount provided. We packed believing that we were able to use the washer/ dryer. These items were listed as accommodations and failed to be provided. Still nothing from the owners.
