"The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful."

"Very clean, perfectly located. I would agree that it got very warm at night and not having access to control the temp was difficult."

"The host was super helpful and responded quickly. You could hear the individuals upstairs a bit (muffles of conversations, baby crying, suitcase rolling) but overall the individuals above were respectful and it didn’t interfere with our stay. Overall, we would stay here again if we were traveling to the area!"

"This VRBO is so cute! My family loved staying here. It's in a very convenient location, close to the falls. The home was very cozy and clean. The bathroom is upstairs, along with the bedrooms. This didn't bother us because we were gone doing tourist stuff during the days we were there, and at night we were upstairs sleeping. It might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay while we were visiting Niagara Falls, and would stay there again."

"I recently stayed at this location with my family. I have to admit it was super clean and modern. I love that they had a little area with a ping pong and pool table that the kids can play.
