This is a basement unit and the upper floor is occupied by our landlord, the health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.
There is a strict NO Smoking and No Party policy at our Airbnb. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.
QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.
We do not allow pets, unauthorized pets will result in a $200/pet/night fine.
We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.
You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest. There is a camera outside which covers the exterior.
Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $100/hour.
