Beautiful home in a great location
This is our second time to stay in this beautiful home. We loved the perfectly outfitted kitchen, with lots of great dishes, glasses, serving dishes, and everything needed for a family holiday weekend. My granddaughters LOVE the back yard and the wonderful dress up clothes and toy room(s). Things have changed a bit since our last stay, including Fort Collins rules for vacation rentals, and the crazy taxes and fees from both VRBO and the city. I wasn’t prepared for the difference in the nightly rate annd the bottom line. Our landlady Diana was still lovely and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. We love Fort Collins and we love this home.

Best rental ever!
This home was beyond perfect for our family over the holidays. We are in-between homes this year for Christmas and needed a place to accommodate family flying in to celebrate with us. The host decorated everything including a beautiful Christmas tree! The sign when you walk in says something about people entering the home as guests and leaving as friends. Even though we never really interacted with the hosts, we felt so cared for and the home was so accommodating we felt as if we became friends with the hosts. The property is perfect for families, so many sleeping options, cribs, games, etc. Amazing for kids! The kitchen is VERY well stocked and feels like you are cooking in a friends kitchen and not a rental. The only thing to mention that was different from the description is that the "girls" room no longer has a daybed with trundle that can create a king size bed, as mentioned in the listing. It is now a full size bed with an extra twin mattress underneath, but it isn't a trundle that pops up. We made it work, but just letting others know it is slightly different from the description. Overall, this far exceeded our expectations and was the best stocked, nicest decorated home we have ever rented. Thank you to the hosts for helping create amazing memories for our family this Christmas.

Wedding Getaway
The host was just as listed and even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! It was the perfect amount of room for 12 of us! We had our family and wedding party travel with us for our destination wedding and it was a beautiful stay! The cookies that welcomed us were such a big hit with the family and the fresh garden was so nice!

Perfect Place for Family Time + Exploring Area
This home was perfect for our week-long stay with our adult kids/spouses (9 adults total) plus 4 grandkids under age 4. We had plenty of room to gather together as well as for each of us to have our own space. The kids LOVED all the toys and backyard activities. The location was perfect for us to explore the awesome natural beauty of the area, including Poudre & Horsetooth areas, and, of course, Rocky Mountain National Park. After long days out, it was great to come "home" to this place. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that there were board games and a basement perfect for family game nights, but we were too exhausted after exploring to take advantage of them! Diana was a gracious host, quick to answer any questions. She has created a lovely, welcoming space, and we are grateful for our family time together in this special home.

Fantastic Family Vacation Place
We spent a lot of our time there playing croquet outside while grandkids played on trampoline or in the clubhouse. It was the most well stocked vrbo we had ever stayed at, from games and blankets to dishes and utensils, and then the appliances were top level too. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family stay
We had a couple small families stay here together. The house was so great for kids with lots of toys and a great backyard and great for adults with a well stocked kitchen and lots of comfy places to gather and spend time. The host was amazing and the location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking and having a park nearby.

Excellent family gathering place
We booked this home to have Thanksgiving with our Colorado Family. The home is in excellent condition and has everything you need to have some nice dinners with family and friends. Some highlights are spacious three car garage and a laundry room that has TWO DRYERS. This really helped us keep up with the laundry for our large family. The rooms are well decorated and have lots of things for kids. Only reason for less than 5 stars is the neighbors. There is a very strict no parking rule for the cue-de-sac. And even though we were well aware of this ahead of time and are positive all our vehicles were in the driveway or in the garage we were still reported by someone for having cars parked on the street. It feels like there is someone in the neighborhood that doesn't want this to be a VRBO and is taking actions to get it shut down.

Beautiful family home CO
From the moment we opened the door we knew we were staying in a home and not just a rental property. We were 6 adults, 8 kiddos and It more than catered for all our needs. The home was clean, spacious and comfy. Many board games, kids toys, x-box etc to keep kids entertained. Great quite location.

Awesome Family Property
This was a great home for our family gathering of 17 people. The backyard was enjoyed by everyone and there was a lot of excitement over the cute bunnies that hopped by for a visit. There were plenty of activities and toys to entertain all 5 kids, ranging from baby to 8 years old. (The 8-year-old said he wishes he could go back to Colorado and live in this house because it's so awesome!) The house was spotless and had plenty of hot water, extra linens and towels. The host was very kind and quick to respond.

Amazing!
This home is the perfect space for a large family with plenty of activities for kids. My family and I had a wonderful time and my kids were NEVER bored. With a game closet and foosball table for the older kids and dress up clothes, Lego tables, baby strollers and dolls for the littles, I didn't have to bring anything with me to keep them all entertained. They even have outside toys like scooters, cars, balls, a trampoline, and play structure! The host is kind, friendly, and communicative. She was willing to let us host a small gathering to celebrate my brother's wedding and had extra tables and chairs available for the event. Diana was easily reached and very helpful. It was the perfect space for my family and I look forward to visiting again!

Great house
Diana started our stay with a lovely bowl of fruit and some home-baked cookies. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well furnished with everything one needs to prepare and serve meals for a large family. There are many things both inside and out to occupy the children. My family of 9 (3 generations) totally enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Family Gathering 2022
This property was all it advertised to be. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay complete. The owners of this property are unselfishly aware of the needs of a big family and offer an incredible home filled with everything a family reunion would need to stay together and connected through the trip. The backyard was a huge blessing. Our 5 grandkids lived out back as the rest of us comfortably gathered on the covers patio to talk, laugh and catch-up. The neighborhood was stellar and the neighbors were so nice as well ! 5 plus stars for this VRBO

Beautiful home and well kept property.
We were there for a family reunion so we did not do much cooking, but it was well equipped for making your own meals. The back yard is very well maintained. Relaxing sitting on the deck watching the bunnies and squirrels.

We had 19 people and had plenty of room. The kids loved the backyard, the costumes and having the basement to play games. Plenty of room to cook and have dinners in the kitchen and dining area. We had a great time. Diana and her family were very gracious

Perfect family reunion home
My family gathered from literally ALL over the world- from Japan to Alaska to Pennsylvania and California. We had the BEST time in this beautiful home. Diana was so welcoming and made delicious cookies. My little granddaughters thought they were at Disneyland, with all the fun toys and activities in the house. I especially love that there were plenty of chairs and dishes and spaces to gather and talk and just be together as we remembered and celebrated the life of my beautiful mom. I will definitely book this home again when I come back to Fort Collins. Thank you!!

Great house and location!
Overall impression right off the bat was wow this is great! We stayed here because a family member was getting married nearby and it couldnt have been more perfect. All directions and explanations were exactly as pictured as well. The fenced in yard and deck were so nice to have on such a beautiful weekend! We ABSOLUTELY would stay here again....and most likely plan to :)

Great place to stay in very good neighborhood!!
I'm very glad we chose Diana's home to stay in Colorado. Felt very much like our own home as it had everything necessary when you travel with big group that includes kids. Nice backyard and large garage parking space!! Diana was great with communication as they were very prompt in fixing the AC. Lots of amenities. If traveling nearby, we will definitely stay there again. Thanks

Fabulous Home
10 of us stayed in this spacious home June 2021. House very clean, well appointed. When we were checking in Diana informed us that the central AC had gone out. She purchased some portable AC units which worked well to help keep us comfortable. She kept us very well informed about the problem and what she was doing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely want to stay there again if we are ever in Fort Collins again, with a large group

Excellent place to stay! Met all our needs.
We so enjoyed our stay! We had a large family gathering for our sons wedding. We had everyone...grandma, uncles, aunts, and a few teens and kids. We were all comfortable. It met all our needs. It allowed adults to gather and visit and kids to be entertained in the fun backyard or basement. Lots of space, clean, had everything we needed. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Home to Spend Time with Family
The perfect home for families. Clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. They had many infant and children accessories (swing, highchair, stroller, etc.). The backyard was wonderful in beautiful Fall weather. Children's picnic table, a fort, a slide, a swing, a safety trampoline. We had so much fun getting together and playing with the kids. Found a "Pumpkin Patch" to take the kids too. Lots of smiles making memories all weekend long. 5-Stars for sure, I would give it more if the rating went higher. Diana was very helpful, prompt and all info is accurate. We will return again.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood
Great location in a very quiet neighborhood. About a 10 minute drive to CSU. Had all the amenities you would need. I was surprised to even see hotel size new toiletries in the bathrooms. The backyard was very peaceful sitting out in the morning and evenings and is perfect for young kids with a trampoline and play slide. Nice welcoming touch having a hand written note as well as homemade cookies which were delicious. Thank you! We will be back.

Perfect Stay for CSU Graduation
This property has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything, even down to a wheelchair and ramps for elderly guests, which we ended up using. The kitchen is particularly well-appointed. We had several generations and branches of family, and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Great family weekend!
We were visiting from MN for our cousin's wedding and this house was perfect for three families to have a mini reunion! We felt at home and Diana was so helpful and accommodating while planning out stay! She even left us cookies and a handwritten note, a very thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!
