A warm, spacious home, easy to escape to rooms and areas away when tired of family time together. Definitely recommended for quieter guests due to its location in an established neighborhood. We nine adults all commented how well this met our needs.

Lovely house!! Plenty of space and a great location to get to hiking and mountain views!!The host was very accommodating and quick to reply. We were all adults but lots of kid friendly accommodations available as well.

Multi Family stay for softball tournament

Fantastic Family Vacation Place

We spent a lot of our time there playing croquet outside while grandkids played on trampoline or in the clubhouse. It was the most well stocked vrbo we had ever stayed at, from games and blankets to dishes and utensils, and then the appliances were top level too. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family stay

We had a couple small families stay here together. The house was so great for kids with lots of toys and a great backyard and great for adults with a well stocked kitchen and lots of comfy places to gather and spend time. The host was amazing and the location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking and having a park nearby.

Wonderful Stay

The home was lovely and perfectly suited our family gathering with 15 people. The inside and outside space were great. Plus it was a short walk to an amazing park. Communication with the owner was excellent. And the cherry on top were all the wonderful Christmas decorations.

Wedding Getaway

The host was just as listed and even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! It was the perfect amount of room for 12 of us! We had our family and wedding party travel with us for our destination wedding and it was a beautiful stay! The cookies that welcomed us were such a big hit with the family and the fresh garden was so nice!

Beautiful family home CO

From the moment we opened the door we knew we were staying in a home and not just a rental property. We were 6 adults, 8 kiddos and It more than catered for all our needs. The home was clean, spacious and comfy. Many board games, kids toys, x-box etc to keep kids entertained. Great quite location.

Great house

Diana started our stay with a lovely bowl of fruit and some home-baked cookies. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well furnished with everything one needs to prepare and serve meals for a large family. There are many things both inside and out to occupy the children. My family of 9 (3 generations) totally enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Family Gathering 2022

This property was all it advertised to be. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay complete. The owners of this property are unselfishly aware of the needs of a big family and offer an incredible home filled with everything a family reunion would need to stay together and connected through the trip. The backyard was a huge blessing. Our 5 grandkids lived out back as the rest of us comfortably gathered on the covers patio to talk, laugh and catch-up. The neighborhood was stellar and the neighbors were so nice as well ! 5 plus stars for this VRBO

Awesome Family Property

This was a great home for our family gathering of 17 people. The backyard was enjoyed by everyone and there was a lot of excitement over the cute bunnies that hopped by for a visit. There were plenty of activities and toys to entertain all 5 kids, ranging from baby to 8 years old. (The 8-year-old said he wishes he could go back to Colorado and live in this house because it's so awesome!) The house was spotless and had plenty of hot water, extra linens and towels. The host was very kind and quick to respond.

My home in Fort Collins!

This is our third or fourth time to stay in this beautiful and welcoming home. It’s close to my children and my 92 year old father, so it’s a perfect place for the rest of the family to gather, and big enough for the whole family to stay. My grandkids think it’s the best house ever!!! If you are looking for a perfect multi-generational home, this is it. Diana is amazing, and always available if there are any issues. There never have been, but I keep in contact, just to let her know how much fun we are having. Plus, she makes delicious cookies! We will be back for sure! The toy rooms are so perfect- this is the first time to have all of my grandkids join us, and with three levels, and toys and activities on every level, it is just perfect! We had the best time.

Superb property, neighborhood and host!

From check-in to check-out, the host responds almost immediately to answer questions and in rare cases provide assistance (via text or in person). The house was immaculate and online pictures are exactly what you get. A beautiful, clean home with lots of things for the kids to do! If I come to Colorado with 13 folks again, I will DEFINITELY rent this home again! NOTE: Come prepared fore everyone take their shoes off every time you enter. It's in the instructions/overview. ;-)

Beautiful home in a great location

This is our second time to stay in this beautiful home. We loved the perfectly outfitted kitchen, with lots of great dishes, glasses, serving dishes, and everything needed for a family holiday weekend. My granddaughters LOVE the back yard and the wonderful dress up clothes and toy room(s). Things have changed a bit since our last stay, including Fort Collins rules for vacation rentals, and the crazy taxes and fees from both VRBO and the city. I wasn’t prepared for the difference in the nightly rate annd the bottom line. Our landlady Diana was still lovely and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. We love Fort Collins and we love this home.

Perfect Place for Family Time + Exploring Area

This home was perfect for our week-long stay with our adult kids/spouses (9 adults total) plus 4 grandkids under age 4. We had plenty of room to gather together as well as for each of us to have our own space. The kids LOVED all the toys and backyard activities. The location was perfect for us to explore the awesome natural beauty of the area, including Poudre & Horsetooth areas, and, of course, Rocky Mountain National Park. After long days out, it was great to come "home" to this place. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that there were board games and a basement perfect for family game nights, but we were too exhausted after exploring to take advantage of them! Diana was a gracious host, quick to answer any questions. She has created a lovely, welcoming space, and we are grateful for our family time together in this special home.
