"We had an amazing week-long stay here with our daughter on Spring Break, and thoroughly enjoyed each of us having our own bedroom and bath. I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery, so I grabbed the downstairs suite. My husband and daughter took the two upstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the walk-in showers. "Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add. "

"This historic home is beautiful with wonderful warm lighting, HUGE dining room (perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend gathering with our son & his girlfriend & her family we were meeting for first time). "This is our favorite place to stay in FortCollins! It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Every amenity imaginable was thoughtfully provided. Extra towels and tp? Yep! Fully stocked kitchen with spices and multiple coffee/tea makers ? Check! Extra blankets, lots of pillows and comfy bed? Check and check!
