  • This centrally located Fort Collins home is just blocks from CSU and an easy bike ride to the heart of Old Town. Nestled in an established neighborhood, visitors won’t find it hard to feel at home in this Ranch-style get-away. With three bedrooms and a large family room, it can accommodate a decent size group. The private backyard provides an additional gathering space and can contain pets and children of all sizes. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking the most complex of meals, serving up to 12 at a time. Guests will also enjoy being pampered by luxury linens and soap products. Other amenities include a full laundry room, Roku for streaming, wifi, and front- and rear alley- access to backyard, amazing water pressure, and privacy (no other occupants are on site).

Thanksgiving in Fort Collins

This property was great. Close to my daughter and had everything we needed for a great stay during the Thanksgiving week. Would recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful location and great for the whole family

We spent Christmas here with our kids and two dogs and it was perfect. Great location and the hosts were so incredibly helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend this location really close to everything!

Beautiful Home with Great Access to Town

We stayed for two nights and the place was great. There's even a doggie door which was great for our dog to use.

Quiet and close - great for pets!

This home was a great place to stay in Ft Collins. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Yard was great for our dog as well. Home is cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.

Clean, budget-friendly stay

This is a good budget-friendly stay, it’s not updated by any means but was clean and had all the essentials. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the beds comfortable. Also great location close to downtown

CSU Parent/Family Weekend 2023

We had a great stay! We hosted a gathering Friday night of our stay and really enjoyed the back patio and yard! Thank you for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Hope we left a light footprint!

Beautiful backyard and neighborhood

This is an older, very clean home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in their lovely backyard and taking morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They do not have central air but there is an air conditioner in the main bedroom and fans in all other rooms.

Great dog friendly home

cute house, great location

The house was great for us because it is so close to the CSU campus. Lovely neighborhood - everything was super clean and easy to find in the house and the owner was very responsive to a few questions we had.

Wonderful Host and Property

We were displaced by construction and this was a perfect home away from while that was finished up. Clean, well appointed and centrally located. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Campus move-in spot

We had a great experience as we helped move our student into a new apartment by the campus. Convenient location, great backyard for our dog, nice walkable neighborhood. The host was very gracious. The house was perfect for our family needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding weekend

We loved the VRBO!! Great location, loved the house and back yard for our fur baby. Couldn’t have been a better stay. The hosts were great and the communication was great! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Fort Collins area! We would def book with them again! Beds were super comfy too! 😊

Spacious house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Its convenient location near Old Town made it easy to access dining and shopping options. There were plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including playgrounds for our little one. The house itself is spacious, offering ample room to relax and find some quiet time when needed. We highly recommend it for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home in Fort Collins.

A quiet, comfortable place to stay

The home is older but in good condition, located across from a school you would think it should be noisy, not so. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is not far from anything happening in Fort Collins. Dawn was excellent to work with and was easy to contact for any needs we might have, we did not have any needs since the residence had all we needed. I highly recommend this property. I would certaninly go back again.

Drop off @ CSU

The home was lovely. Two things that would have made the stay better 1. Some coffee pods there was a nice coffee maker and no pods 2. Air conditioning - it was a extremely hot the few days we stayed and one window unit in the main bedroom didn’t keep the house cool.

Needs TLC updates!

Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels. Nice backyard for dogs with convenient door from laundry room. Home is dated, windows drafty, hodge podge of dishes, cooking pans cruddy, kitchen doors won't stay closed, poor yellow/amber lighting throughout home. Would be nice to have an area rug somewhere to do floor stretches and exercises.

Comfortable two week stay

We stayed at this property with our dog for two weeks. The home is older and a bit "vintage" but it was a very comfortable place to stay while visiting our family in Fort Collins. The house was very clean and easy to keep clean even with a pet underfoot thanks to hard wood floors throughout. The backyard was fully fenced, beautiful, and very private -- it felt like an oasis in the city. This house is also in a great location, in the center of Fort Collins and convenient to everything, yet it is also very quiet inside and out (not always the case with rentals in FC). We had a great stay and will definitely return again! Thank you, Dawn!

Fort Collins House

House was overall clean inside. You could tell no one had stayed here for a while, we spent most of the time we were at home catching and releasing moths…not a huge deal! The garbage outside had not been emptied for months, both containers were not only full, but overflowing and and in the yard…kind of gross. The house could use some updating, very dated, but the listing does not say differently. Super cute neighborhood.

Fort Collins 3 bedroom house

The property is exactly as marketed. The master bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure is great. The pots and pans are very worn. I personally will not use worn non stick pans. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. For summer renters, there is a window air conditioner in the master bedroom only. The yard was great for our small gathering and yard game of Kuub. The house had games, Kill the Bunny was fun and entertaining! We will be purchasing this game!
