Great place, close to Old Town

Location worked great for a family visit to Fort Collins. We had access to all the amenities we needed during our stay. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Way to kickoff the new year

Everything about the property was as described and we had a great time - obviously great location and beautiful house. Surprisingly well stocked - everything you need is there - we even cooked a big dinner for local friends and it was perfect. Checkin was easy and communicated very well - we would definitely go back and recommend this place to our friends

Has everything you’d need in the perfect location!

This was our first visit to Fort Collins. You can walk to everything from the location. The house is cozy, adorable and has everything you’d need and then some. Kids are already asking when we’re coming back and if we can stay longer next time.

Wonderful rental

This house is a perfect place to enjoy a delightful stay near Old Town Fort Collins. The house has everything you need, space to spread out, and is very comfortable. Larissa is very responsive to any messages and we had a very relaxing time. Already have our two weeks reserved for next year!

Awesome Home and Great Location

This was our first time visiting Colorado. This house was amazing. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a great part of town. So close to downtown and was a short walk. The property owners were very helpful and always there to answer any questions. I look forward to visiting again.

Great Location

Extremely well stocked with supplies, kitchen , utensils etc. spacious living space . Location makes Old Town walkable off street parking is ample. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a child size toilet - other than that property is well appointed. You can't go wrong by staying here. This was our third stay.

Great stay in Fort Collins

This is the best and most thoughtfully stocked property we’ve stayed in. The hosts thought of everything. The only minor issue was that the keypad was hard to use when locking the door.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed in Fort Collins for our son's wedding week. Could not have been a better location to our hotel guests in town as well as other VRBO type guests. All our venues were walking distance and the house itself was clean, quiet and the perfect location. Well stocked with the basic necessities and we had the bonus of Halloween on W. Mountain which was terrific fun. I'll stay at this house every time I need to visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Location

Not only is this prime location , the home has everything you need. Kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan you need. Very clean home, mattresses are good, and outdoor space is very nice. The home has ample supplies. Only flaw, time ti leave .... IF visiting Ft. Collins, look no further.

Charming and Great Location

Loved that we could walk to great shopping and dinning. This house was the perfect size for 4 adults and we would definitely stay again. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching people of all ages try the mini golf on the corner. Only complaint was all the wasps. I was stung 2 days in a row just stepping out the back door.

Don't hesitate . . . Book this bright, beautiful home right now!

Larissa and Philip are the ideal hosts. We arrived in Fort Collins on Christmas Day and they kindly let us check in a bit early. We were greeted by a lighted Christmas tree and twinkly decorations. Every inch of the home was sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, there is plenty of room to read, relax, and spend family time together. The prime location is within walking distance of anything you might need - - - restaurants, breweries, bike/walking trails, grocery stores, Target, shops, and more. This is by far one of the best VrBo's we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely be back!
