Incredible kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving dinner combined with stunning views and ample, convenient sleeping arrangements, including MBR away from the kitchen and other bedrooms. Convenient access to beaches and hiking.

This home is located on such a spectacular cliff. Watching the sunset and listening the waves, incredible. Deer and jack rabbits greeted us throughout the day. Bordering the botanical gardens, huge plus. Home is very privacy and on a quiet drive. The property manager is extremely responsive. The home is as described, although seems far brigther in the photos than when you're in it. The house was clean, but the master bedroom needs the carpet replaced. Quite stained. The kitchen appears to be newly remodeled and had everything we could have ever needed. The owners / property managers thought of all little amenities and toiletries even black towesl for makeup removal and makeup removal pads. I don't remember the brand of the shampoos and soaps, but it smelled incredible. Beds were comfortable. Ocean breeze was sufficient and didn't miss not having AC although I would suggest they have someone come out and oil some of the windows as we couldn't open a couple of them. However, there are many windows, so this wasn't an issue. While the house could use minor updating, its an incredible spot and a lovely home. We were very comfortable in it and would definitely rent it again. Thank you.

The grounds of this house and the ocean view are beautiful, so if those are the most important things to you, then you’ll love it. If you prefer to have a well stocked kitchen and nice towels to use, then this is NOT the place for you. The coffee pot (and really all the small appliances and dishes/silverware) seem about 10+ years old. There was no coffee grinder, even though it was listed as there being one. The towels provided in the bathrooms were less than desirable. They were incredibly small, rough and thin. Also, the layout is a bit odd for a family with small children. There is NO safe beach access. For the price/night, we were disappointed overall.

This place is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware as well as a rather exotic and eclectic assortment of kitchen accessories. Not sure what some of them were. Some things in abundance (6 muffin trays?) but no cookie sheets. Beds comfy, house spacious. Fort Bragg just a few minutes’ drive away. Feels perfectly isolated for a getaway but close to grocery/restaurants/shops/art galleries. Wish I could retire here.

Amazing location with incredible views of the ocean. The house was very spacious. Close to museums, restaurants and the train depot. The skunk train was a fun excursion! Would come back again. Loved the house and Fort Bragg!

The house and location are simply amazing. Very cozy and comfortable house, with great amenities and a simply breathtaking view of the Pacific. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and views to die for. It's also good for us older folks as far as comfort. My granddaughters had a great time going to places and to downtown Fort Bragg to shop while the "old lady" sat and read her book along the ocean front, watching the seals play in the cove. A great trip!

We have visited the Botanical Gardens often and talked about how wonderful it would be to stay in this home. It met expectations for us. The biggest asset of this house is the ocean view but also, the grounds all around it are beautiful. The house itself is welcoming and very clean but it feels like it could use some updating. We liked the division of the house with 2 master suites to allow privacy when needed. The kitchen was stocked for our needs and there was coffee and filters there for our morning coffee. We were given easy to understand and timely instructions from the management company so getting into and checking out of the home was very easy. Overall, this was a house that we would consider for a future visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Sunset Point. The house is large with two master bedrooms which was great for two couples and separate space for our teenage son. The kitchen is spacious for cooking with plenty of pots and pans. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the waves and breathtaking sunsets. One minor drawback - no access to washer or dryer, otherwise a great stay with all the amenities we needed.

Our biggest problem was no washer/dryer which we’ve never run into before in this nice a rental. No closets in the master bedroom. Only 5 plates so had to wash frequently. Especially annoying was that they only allow 4 people in a 3 BR 3bath house! Our other relatives had to book a motel instead. We wouldn’t choose this rental again 😣.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were so many beautiful things to see! What a location!! I love this home. We had a beautiful time. The wildflowers and wildlife were a joy. The botanical gardens next door was a treat. Waking up to the deer and the birds every morning was beautiful. The game nights were great! Getting to be there was a blessing. Watching the joy on my children's faces made everything worthwhile. Unfortunately the king bed in the master is done for. It needs replacement. My husband's back suffered. The dishes were not clean, we had to rewash everything we used. We found garbage in the garbage bin area. The fact that there wasn't a washer and dryer to use was a bummer. We could've benefited from them greatly with the younger ones. Other than the few minor things, it was worth every penny.

It’s all about the bathroom. My god that’s the best bathtub I’ve ever experienced! The bedrooms were very nice, beds were comfortable and the VIEW is spectacular. A perfect stay!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the coast. This home was very clean and cozy. It was so nice to travel all day and arrive to a warm clean home. The windows overlooked the water from most of the rooms! The home had everything we needed. Thanks for providing a great home.

The views are what make this place exceptional. The house is very nice and has a large kitchen for the gourmet chef. Rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The yards are big, spacious and private. As others mentioned, there is a wedding venue next door and one was taking place while we were here, but it did not bother us at all. Music was not overly loud and shut down promptly at 10:00 pm Sat night. The only thing that we were disappointed with was that out of the 3 bathtubs that were available, only 2 of them functioned as tubs that you could take a bath in. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom worked, but you ran out of hot water before it filled completely. We would have still stayed here regardless, but it would have been nice to know up front. We would highly recommend a stay here.
