"10/10 perfect to be near Folly Beach and all it offers but a bit off the beaten path. Beautiful rooms, excellent, friendly, no hassle staff and a wonderful hot homemade breakfast. Get the top floor if you’re able the views are mesmerizing. We watched dolphins, jumping fish, birds and more from our private balcony. Perfect!! "

"We got in late and only stayed one night due to car troubles, but the one night we stayed was wonderful. Clean and cute room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Extra towels provided for pool/beach use was nice (even though we couldn't use them). I do wish this room came with a parking space. It was sad that out of all the rooms, this one and only one other did not have a parking space allocated. "

"Easily accessible. Loved the decor, and the huge bathroom. Great idea to have a table in bath area. Charming. We plan to stay there again soon. We didn't want to leave. Except for driving to the county park to beach, we didn’t have to move the car. Even Berts market and the pier are easy, level walks and my wife uses a walker with wheels. The beauty of this property is the convenience to immerse and embrace the folly beach vibes. Charming property and its not noisy as you might think. The one...
