The place is really nice and clean with an amazing view! Had everything we needed. Elevator stopped working mid week but was up and running next day. Wasn’t an issue to take stairs but I was very happy it was working on check in and check out days. I would highly recommend!

Clean and convenient to everything

We loved our stay at this condo in Folly! It was the perfect size, and well appointed with pots, pans and storage. The property management company was SO communicative, even in off hours I immediately got a response. For a pet-friendly listing, you would never know that pets are allowed here it’s so clean!

Great property

Great week at the beach. Wonderful location with amazing views. Great place to spend time with my family. Parking overnight is an issue so i would suggest bringing only 2 vehicles if possible. We had a great week. Hate to see it end. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Folly Vacation

This property is everything you could ask for - adorable, spacious, convenient location, beautiful views. Fun for the whole family. Communication with the property management team was A+ (quick, informative). Our only wish was that our trip could have been longer! We definitely plan on returning soon! If we had to make any request it would be to make the check in/out process more flexible for people traveling from out of state with airline flights Our party was coming in at different times that day and because we couldn't check in until 4 we were unable to store our luggage or park at the property until check in. Same for check out which was at 10am. Took some coordination and additional $ to park and store luggage until our later flights. While I am sure this is common for most VRBO's that are condo's it might be a good idea to stress this on the instructions for check in/out when booking so families can plan ahead when coordinating their flights etc. Otherwise, the actual check in and check out process went very smoothly and the trip was a dream.

Best beach vacation ever

The VIEW!!!! Just sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach. The breeze coming through the house was refreshing. The welcoming amenities were perfect. Tastefully decorated. Just everything you want in the beach. Extremely clean area. Close to the history and lovely Archie Charleston.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Point Villas.The condo was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals at the condo. Amazing ocean view from the deck. I would highly recommend and would book again!

Thanksgiving retreat

Located in the heart of Folly with gorgeous views of the ocean. Condo was well equipped with products and nicely decorated. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Perfect Folly Beach Family Vacation

A perfect place to stay in Folly Beach, SC. We have stayed at other units in this building but this by far was the most beautifully decorated and renovated unit. We had a 3bed/3bath condo with gorgeous ocean views. The layout is perfect with plenty of room for 6 adults. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was also wonderful and very attentive to any questions we had prior to arrival, they even came by dropped off a little gift and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all it was a perfect vacation!!! 😃

Great Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was just a few blocks away from shops and restaurants. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and is really just steps from the beach. Charleston was a very easy 30 min drive.

Charleston Family trip

Overall, the condo was a good option for our week long stay in the Charleston area. Our adult family of 6 utilized all the beds/baths and the condo/layout worked very well. Loved having a balcony facing the beach and not obstructed by other buildings - great place to gather for morning coffee and for a few of us to work remotely. Good distance from Charleston and surrounding area as we explored and toured. And good location from the main drag in Folly Beach - walkable to Center street but didn't really notice the noise from the downtown. Only thing that we noted was that any time the upstairs neighbor's little ones ran around, it was pretty noisy down in our condo. Not a deal breaker but kind of a funny "running" commentary in our group. I would recommend this condo to any group who wants to stay near the beach and also have close access to the Charleston area.
