The unit was clean and very comfortable for the 6 members of our family. Location was great for the beach and pool. View of the beach and ocean was great. Enjoyed seeing the surfers during the stormy weekend. Walking distance to good restaurants. Probably the best beach condo we have ever stayed at.

Family Beach Vacay

6 adults and 1 baby enjoyed the 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Location of the building was perfect; not too close to public access nor crowded, but right on the beach. Our unit, 124 is at the end of the building and closest to both the beach access gate and the pool access gate. Would definitely come back to the same unit!

25th Wedding Anniversary stay

The location was great - right on the beach and just a short drive into Charleston. The condo was well equipped and as described. We never found the gates into the condo down so anyone can come and go into the parking garage as well as the pool and beach access. The condo was clean and maintained with the exception of the jetted tub in the master bath. I’m glad we decided to try them before getting in because there was tons of black mold that was pushed out. Other than that, we were happy and would consider biking there again.

Charleston Open Tennis Trip

Location was awesome and the first floor beach view was spectacular. We enjoyed the telaxing atmosphere and great location to the walkable restaurants. Easy drive to the Ooen Tourn on Daniel Island.

The accommodations were outstanding. The room was clean and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend this location if going to Folly Beach. Location is awesome and can walk to all downtown locations. Will stay here again.

It was a great trip in a great condo.

We had a great birthday weekend celebrating 25 and 94 with three generations. Great views with this 4/3 end unit, amenities, elevators which were key for some, stairs right outside the front door. Shopping carts for moving stuff in and out was terrific. Great rooftop bar/restaurant w live music right across the street. One of our key fobs wasn’t working and they delivered a replacement within 30 minutes. Great communication. We hope to stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Family celebration of parents’ 60th Anniversary. Condo is right on the beach, with balcony all along the ocean view. Short walk to the public pier. Very convenient parking beneath the building, and easy to get to the 1st floor apartment using the stairs. A bit of a wait for the elevator when multiple people are checking in or out, but the shopping carts make transferring the luggage and groceries easy!

Folly Beach Weekend

This property was great to stay at for a quick weekend getaway at the beach. The location was easy to find and perfectly situated, right on the beach, and in walking distance to the downtown area. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for comfort and cooking. It was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Folly Beach!
