Had everything needed for a few day getaway at a great location on the island. Very walkable distance to restaurants and great beach access. Comfortable beds - living room furniture, and great digital streaming options to catch a game or show if need. Would book again!

The host was easy to communicate with and the house was absolutely stunningly! The kitchen has every type of utensil needed, allowing you to cook and bake whatever there to save money. The location is breath-taking as you are literally a minute walk to the beach/ocean. I am already looking to book another stay here.

This place is great! Love the view and the openness of the lay-out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and the beds are furnished with great linens. We would definitely book here again!

Then condo was great. We did have one problem with the patio door in the living room. We thought we couldn'tunlock it and it wouldn't open. Come to find out after 5 days there all we had to do was give the sticky door a really big yank to open it. By that time the weather had changed and there wasn't a need to open it. I wish the owner would have put a sign on the door telling us the door really could open.

Our beach trip

We really enjoyed this unit with a great ocean view. The management was very helpful answering calls and even giving me safe directions to get into town safely. They were very attentive. The place was clean and easy access to the shops and restaurants, walking distance. We would stay here again for sure. MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review and feedback! Outstanding

We enjoyed our stay very much! The only things I would mention for improvement would be the sliding door is difficult to open and the toilet seat in the Master Bath doesn't fit the toilet. Great vacation

My my kids and I stayed here, celebrating my 50th birthday & my daughter's 25th. The condo was clean & spacious. The views amazing!! The proximity to town convenient. The only tiny issue I had was the tub draining when I took a bath. But I put a rag over the drain and keep my feet on top. I highly recommend this place!! What a fantastic condo!

If I could give a rating of more than outstanding I would! Location was perfect, across from the beach and close to Center Street. Kitchen was stocked properly with everything you would need for someone who plans on cooking. Bedrooms were roomy. Patio was divine and the four top table allowed us to enjoy dinner outside. Loved having a dining room table that we could all sit at. I don't think the pictures do it justice! Natalia and team were great and quick to respond to all of our needs. This will be my go to for future Folly visits. And to be honest, I actually didn't want to give a good review for fear that a lot of people might start staying here and it wouldn't be available when I needed it lol. Everything was great. We got the entry code early which was really helpful since we had an event to get to in N. Charleston. Everything was clean & well - stocked. Condo setup was great. Highly recommend.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

Great location. Amazing beachfront views. Very spacious and well equipped unit. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor recommendation would be to provide more blankets for the cooler weather periods.

Perfect for us

The apartment has a wonderful ocean view, is across the street from the beach and is centrally located in town. We used the bedrooms with the king and queen beds for the four of us and did not use the third bedroom with the twin beds. The property was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the listing/ communication with the host was clear and reasonable. All in all we loved just about everything about the property and will look to rebook for our next visit.

Great location and unit

Great location and great condo. The only negatives are the parking spot is a little small/hard to get in to so we had to park out front (never had a problem getting a spot), and the baking supplies need updating (ie. not a full set of measuring cups, one can opener wouldn’t cut, and the muffin pan was rusted). But these are very specific negatives and honestly do not deter from a 5 star rating. Will look to book again for sure.

Location, location, location. Great views from the balcony made it feel like you were actually on the beach. Restaurants, stores, bars all within walking distance. Cool little town.

Severe safety hazard that needs to be addressed and was not after we reported it.

During the first day, we noted that the sliding back door that goes directly out to the balcony was broken and was unable to latch or lock. Being on the 3rd floor and having a 3 year old made us extremely uneasy due to the potential hazard which could result in extensive injuries including death. We notified the maintenance department who arrived after two days and their initial recommendation was putting a wooden rod into the door slide to prevent the door from opening. We noted to maintenance that the slider was on the exterior and this not a feasible option. The initial call was on made on Friday, 5/28/21 the day after our arrival; maintenance arrived on Saturday, 5/29/21 to evaluate (and recommended replacement). After Saturday, 5/29/21 we never heard anything back from them. For the next 5 days we had to ensure that the door stayed closed to ensure that our 3 year old did not open the door on his own.
