  • ¡Bienvenido a Seaside Villa 102 en Folly Beach! Este fantástico condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece vistas pintorescas del Atlántico y el muelle de Folly. La ubicación no tiene parangón con el acceso directo a la playa y la distancia a pie del centro de Folly Beach, donde se encuentran todas las tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. Relájese y disfrute de todo lo que este ecléctico pueblo de playa tiene para ofrecer.

    Te encantará tener tu propio espacio con el baño completo para cada habitación. El plan de piso abierto combina cocina, comedor y sala de estar. El porche frente al mar ofrece el telón de fondo perfecto para el café de la mañana o una hora feliz relajante. La cocina incluye todas las comodidades para que el chef familiar prepare las comidas. Reúnase para ponerse al día en familia alrededor de la mesa de comedor para 6 personas. La sala de estar cuenta con 2 sofás para descansar y televisión para la gran noche de juegos o películas. If you love being close to the action this place is for you. Easy access to everything Folly! Enjoyed being close to pier. Amazingly quiet even being that close to it all. Mattress firmer than preferred but overall the space was clean, comfortable and did the job of giving great beach vibes. Relaxed and grounded, ready to book return trip.

The property was fabulous. The only thing that was difficult to judge from the pictures was the nearness to the Folly Pier. I didn't want to be so close to the Tides Hotel (a fence away from the parking lot) and the pier. This was because I have a son with autism who is bothered by noise and crowds. However, this did not prove to be a problem due to preventive measures on our part.The house is clean, updated and very near Center Street in the heart of Folly Beach. This made it easy to walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The gathering area was big enough to accommodate five of us plus a few guests. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for preparing meals. Enjoyable family vacation!

Our condo was very clean upon arrival and the view was spectacular. Check in was a seamless and easy process. We would definitely come back here and stay again. There were two issues that were minor- one of the settings on the washing machine was broken and our air conditioning broke on the last day but that is being handled.

Wonderful week at the beach

This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Views and Convenience

Views from the deck were both relaxing and interesting. The convenience of downtown Folly Beach can't be over stated. Definitely, this place is on my list to go back to.

Amazing location

Ideal location, easy access to the beach, extremely clean, awesome deck overlooking the beach. Parking was super convenient. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, great location

It was a wonderful short stay, even if the weather caused us to duck out a little earlier than we planned too. I would def book again next time that I am in the area; close to the heart of Folly Beach and right on the beach as well

Best Location on Folly Beach

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!

It was a nice welcoming experience upon entry to have the soft music and ocean scene on the TVs. It set the mood. The beach view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Good variety of outdoor seating. The decor was nice, and kitchen supplies were well stocked. The only downside is the beds were way to firm for all of our likings. The linens were not soft and pillows too thin. Some of us ended up sleeping on the couch instead of beds. Suggestions: providing some laundry detergent, more toilet paper, beach towels. We appreciated books, games and puzzles. We are allergy sufferers, so the air purifier was helpful. On a side note, none of the bathroom vents worked. We all would have rated it excellent across the board had the bedding and beds been comfortable. We expected higher quality sheets and comfortable mattresses.

Stay on the beach

Wonderful home with perfect number of beds/baths for our families! We LOVED being so close to the ocean and still could walk to dining choices! Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!!

This home was amazing! You could ask for a better location or a more comfortable home. We had family from Summerville visit while we were there and everyone had the best time.Home is great for a couple of families and couldn't be closer to the beach and restaurants. I didn't get in my car once while I was there. Absolutely everything is within easy walking distance.Puzzles, games and so many places to have a great meal and play games with the kids.My Mom and I can't wait to come back!

Great Spot

Couldn't ask for a better location. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping...all right there. Clean place, spacious, every room has its own bathroom. We all had a blast! View from the porch is why oceanfront rules. I gotta be able to see the ocean at all times.
