We’ve rented this condo multiple times, and as always, it did not disappoint. The condo is beautiful, always meticulously clean and very well-equipped. The marsh view and its breathtaking sunsets are spectacular!! Its proximity to both the beach and downtown Charleston can’t be beat. The hosts are wonderful to deal with, and we look forward to staying here again and again.

Beautiful view. Sunsets were gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable and decor is beautiful. Everything has been updated, and the pictures don’t do it justice. I could have spent the entire trip sitting on the screen porch. You get the best of both worlds. Super close to the beach and Folly Island’s cute little downtown, and an easy half hour drive into Charleston. Condo was fully stocked with anything you could need including binoculars to watch the wildlife. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the Charleston area.

High school reunion

This property was beautifully decorated. It was close to the downtown area, restaurants and bars. It was about 3/4 of a mile to the beach. The beach area was absolutely beautiful. We were only about 20 minutes away from downtown Charleston. Too bad there wasn’t a tiki bar at the pool.

Friendly Folly Beach Town

A beautiful home with peaceful views of the water, boats, and wildlife. The home is beautiful, updated, and has everything you need. Just a short ride to the beach and the pool wad wonderful for the kids. The communication was excellent and provided all the details needed. Folly is a special place to visit!

Really enjoyed our stay at Linda's place, great location, amazing view and the condo was gorgeous, newly updated and so pretty, almost too nice for us with the kids!being a homegrown Charleston girl, a little beach getaway is always nice, it was a lovely quiet location, great parking and views, the unit is very well appointed and comfy.Hope to rent from Linda again in the near future.

Great place!

Family vacation for five adults. Linda was very communicative and made sure check-in went smoothly and we settled in nicely. Plenty of space for lounging and sleeping. Loved sitting on the balcony just taking in the views and getting some pool time in! Liked that it wasn’t directly in town, but close enough we could easily head there for dinner.

Incredible place!!

I am so thankful that I found this gem on VRBO. The condo and the host are wonderful. We enjoyed the location, the peaceful atmosphere and the condo is amazing being very clean and everything you need to make your stay great. I give this place if I could over 5 stars! I will definitely be back !

My family and I stayed at Linda’s beautiful Folly Beach condo over Memorial Day 2025. As the description stated, it is breathtaking! The condo was immaculate, spacious, and so cozy! We spent mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch and evenings watching for dolphins in folly creek. We will be coming back again to folly beach, and we will for sure be booking at this condo. We loved it and did not want to leave! Also, Linda was very responsive and great to work with. We would give 10 stars out of 5, if I could!

Paradise near Charleston

As a seasoned traveler that has managed other VRBO properties, this sweet place ranks high on our list. Look no further if you're wanting to be in a retreat location between the city and the beach to take it all in. I spend weeks finding hidden gems for comfort, updated interiors including the common areas. Great screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunset or walk to the marina side to sit in the Adirondack chairs for your private viewing. For stormy days, our family of grown men and me enjoyed relaxing in the comfy living room. We have celiac so cooking is essential and the kitchen is on point to do so. No noisy foot traffic above either so peaceful night sleeping to rise and walk the shoreline for the sunrise. Needless to say, we hope to return sooner than later. Some fun spots to enjoy: Bowens Island Restaurant for a rustic throwback in time. (I can vouch for this place as my cousins have owned it since 1946). Take a dolphin excursion. Go out fishing early morning with Captain Jeffery owner of Drumroll Fishing. Great quality time!A little Folly Beach pub crawl should include Low Life Erik Estrada amazing cocktail. Also, rooftop Taco Boy and Catch 23.Ritas for dinner on the patio and Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast. Bert's Market is an iconic throwback to walk through at least once. Enjoy!

Perfect serenity

Came for a family wedding downtown and wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Linda‘s home was so quiet, comfortable very well appointed. Just the view alone makes you feel you are only one of a handful of people amongst the multitude in the area! We thoroughly enjoyed our downtime at the condo and highly recommend it!

A Perfect Getaway

We had the most amazing getaway in Folly Beach! The condo was the perfect place for us to stay as a family of 4. The view from the patio is spectacular. We had everything we needed. Even better, we were able to walk into town for dinner. No worrying about driving or parking in a busy downtown area.

Beautiful property!

The home we stayed at was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated! Gorgeous views and beautiful sunsets right from the comfortable balcony. Property owner was easy to communicate with, and reached out to see how our stay was after a few days, and if we needed anything, which was appreciated! Great location- easy to get to Charleston, and a short walk over the bridge to Folly beach. Would definitely recommend this property!

Relaxing Thanksgiving Break

We spent Thanksgiving week at Linda’s beautiful condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The screened in balcony was wonderful spot to watch the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the short walk over the bridge into the town of Folly Beach where we ate delicious meals and walked along the beach and fishing pier. The location of the condo was very quiet & peaceful, perfect for the relaxing vacation we were hoping for. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Linda for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.
