The view from the balcony was beautiful. The unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable .We had a problem with the Internet,while streaming movies the show would drop every 30 min. The kitchen has some new appliances, but the cabinets need some attention.

Everything was great! The one thing I would have liked was more towel options but we went to Walmart and got some and made it Charleston souvenir! Amazing views for sunrise and to see the dolphins and surfers! Great walking to all the places on center street! Overall a great trip!!!

Beautiful view. Comfortable living areas. Comfortable porch. Quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Great storage. Easy access to the beack as well as the pool. Secured parking.

Perfect location for the beach!

The place was very very nice! Clean and bed was comfortable. Just one wish, the broken 2 elevators was a bit much and we didn't know about the only working one at the opposite end of the property until after we climbed three floors worth of stairs in the heat with all of our stuff. That was the only bad part ! Everything else was great!!! We will be back!!

Outstanding Folly Beach Location

We prefer the beach at slower times of the year, and this was the perfect place to spend a few relaxing March days at Folly Beach. The location is outstanding with ample parking, carts for transporting luggage, perfect ocean views, an easy walk to the pier, shopping, and dining, and a fantasic restaurant/bar across the street with live music and great food. Everything was clean and well-kept. There were no onerous pre-checkout chores like some condos require, and check-in/check-out were both super easy. Our 6-hour trip home was spent trying to decide when we'll be coming back here!

Folley Delight

Our four bedroom condominium was spacious and clean. Management was more than helpful and checked in with a call and multiple texts to make sure we were taken care of. The weather in Charleston was beautiful this February week, and beach access was right at your doorstep. Many nice restaurants were within walking distance, and Charleston shopping was a short drive away, with easy parking and small crowds this time of year.

Beautiful location with everything you need

Well supplied property with gorgeous views. Everything you need is here and walking to everything on the island is a breeze. Definitely would recommend this property as a family get away location!

Ocean watchers delight

Enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the great view from our balcony. Air conditioning was great and in August that's VERY IMPORTANT! Short walk to the pier, so nice daytime, great in evening with ocean breeze. Rented beach chairs and umbrella were waiting for us at our place when we arrived. Perfect place for family getaway and A beach PROPOSAL! (NEED better wine glasses only suggestion)

Folly condo

Condo location and views and upgrades were excellent. It needed several minor repairs to make it a 5 star. Would still consider coming back in the future.

Not Perfect but Okay

Overall the property is fairly well maintained. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner in my opinion (hard to see through windows, dust all over the HVAC door, rug in bathroom needed to be washed, and my husband found dirt in the sheets which just shouldn't happen if they were changed before our arrival.) There were two coolers and a pair of water shoes left outside the front door of the condo that no one ever claimed while we were there so not sure who those belonged to but just messy. The shower handle was very loose and kept coming off. The space inside the condo was good for our family except the small kitchen was tough to fit more than 1-2 people. The oceanfront view was very nice. 3rd floor was great except for the elevator being the only one in the complex that we could find (and was hot and slow.) They do provide grocery carts for you to help unload and load your vehicles. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be super close to restaurants, shops, and the pier. However, realize this comes with a lot of traffic and people all over the beach. More people, more trash and folks doing things they probably shouldn't be doing in a family/pubic environment. I am sure others would appreaciate it more than us who typically prefer the least amount of neighbors. We chose a condo so we didn't hold this against the property, knowing we would not have the same amount of privacy found usually when renting a home. Overall we had a nice vacation.

Amazing property and getaway

My family and I had an amazing time at Folly Beach. The property and accommodations were outstanding. We spent 4 days on the beach, and broke up the week with day trips to Charleston, Savannah, and Myrtle Beach. It was so relaxing to walk to dinner every night, and wake up to the ocean every morning. Schem Creek was also only about 25 minutes away and we saw dolphins, a manatee, and some beautiful boats as we walked the boardwalk in the harbor. You can not go wrong with this property and location!

Sisters Reunion

My sisters and I had not all been together since 2018. We wanted a place that would be comfortable with plenty of beds and bathrooms for the five of us and was also within walking distance of restaurants and not too far from Historic Charleston. We achieved all of our goals and had wonderful stay at Folly Beach. The view of the ocean from the condo was spectacular!

Beautiful Moments at Folly Beach

We had adequate space for our group of six adults and one four year old. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We especially over the oceanfront view with our own private deck overlooking the water. Drinking coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset was an added joy! We loved our time at Folly Beach and our condo!
