One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and two accent chairs in living room. There is a 50" smart TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).



The Space:

The condo is only one block to dining and shopping, as well as only steps from Bert’s Market.



All balconies facing the beach are shared. This condo is the one closest to the stairs, so you will be chatting up your neighbors as you watch the ocean.



Please be aware Folly Beach is a residential island. Please be sure to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially outside. In addition, the max capacity of the property is determined by the city. Maximum capacity may not be exceeded at any time, and that includes day visitors to the home. This is mandated by the City of Folly Beach. By booking this home, you will be agreeing to these terms.
