"This was a horrible experience, unlike anything I've ever had. When I checked into the hotel, the person at the front desk, named ? was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I never had a chance to ask any questions, and when she handed me the property map and I pointed to it to show her where my room was, she repeatedly snapped her fingers and said, "Look at me, look at me, look at me," making me feel like I was her pet. When we arrived the heat was not turned on and we were unable to get it working by adjusting the thermostat.
