"A strong smell of cat spray , dander & cat hair"

"The host made a point to be on site during check in and check out to ensure that she was available to answer questions or provide suggestions for things to see and do. It was a very welcoming home."

"This property deserves 5 stars. The house is very well maintained and very well equipped, especially if you travel with small children. Ed, host and owner is always available to answer your questions or any issue that may come up. Pool is pristine and shooing, restaurants , beaches are very close by. "Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!"

"La casa luce igual a las fotos, la limpieza es genial, la amabilidad y la atención del dueño es excelente, mucha privacidad, cocina perfectamente equipada, el lugar es hermoso, volvería a ir sin dudarlo. 10/10 "

"Patio y alrededores descuidados "

"This VRBO isn’t just a 10/10 — it’s in a league of its own. Billy’s hospitality is truly unmatched, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. We loved the perfect balance of privacy and connection, with wonderful moments spent chatting with other guests throughout our stay. Billy anticipated every need with genuine care and warmth. We’re obsessed. Love this place!"
