"First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. "

"Beautifully renovated cottage in the historic Lincolnville district of St Augustine. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place close to the downtown attractions in St Augustine."

"Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. "

"Great quaint quiet super clean getaway. Host was accommodating...we recently moved to Jacksonville and our closing date on our new home changed and we were able to extend our stay by 2 days. Would recommend this place!!!"

"Wonderful home, great location! The owner is so attentive and quick to respond with any questions. Even though the house was beautiful and clean, the amenities were exceptional. What an enjoyable stay!!"

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time!"
