"First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. "

"Awesome property and amazing location. We were steps from the beach. My son and granddaughter enjoyed visiting with us and spending time on the beach as well as on the back deck star gazing.Property owners were always pleasant to communicate with and very prompt with responses. "

Room was perfect, the space was shut right, the pull out sofa was the perfect size for the girls and the kitchenette area was great for storing items and spreading items out for girls to choose snacks. "Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."
