El hotel está lindo pero las fotos son mucho mejores que la realidad. Las habitaciones no son claras cuando reservas y no son como en la foto. Muy buen baño y muy buen desayuno

Lindo hotel en las afueras de Florencia
El hotel es muy lindo. La ubicación es buena si uno tiene ganas de caminar ya que se necesita media hora de caminata intensa para llegar al ponte vecchio. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación bastante chica, incómoda si se tiene equipaje grande.

El hotel es muy lindo. El spa muy lujoso. Restaurante bastante bueno. Muy buen desayuno. La habitación que nos toco era un poco chica para el nivel del hotel.

Hotel con gran encanto a orillas del Arno
Estuvimos alojados con un niño e 11 años. Es un hotel a orillas del río Arno y a unos 20 minutos andando hasta el centro (disponen de transporte pero no lo utilizamos al preferir pasear). Posee un gran encanto y al ser de tamaño medio da una sensación familiar y apacible. Desayuno bufet excelente en cuanto a variedad y calidad. Restaurante agradable con precios acordes a la categoría del hotel y destino. No utilizamos el spa pero si la sala e fitness que es pequeña pero suficiente. Buen aislamiento acústico que contribuye a la sensación de tranquilidad. Personal atento a cualquier necesidad. Nos tramitaron la cena del día 31 en un restaurante cercano al hotel que resultó excelente también (Trattoria Moderna). En definitiva un pequeño gran hotel muy recomendable, fuera del centro pero a una distancia prudencial para ir paseando, ideal para cualquier tipo de viajero, aunque sea con niños.

Un rinconcito de cielo en Florencia
Sin duda el conocer el hotel Ville sul Arno ha sido el mejor acierto de toda la estancia, su ubicación es única, estas en el Arno, la selección de habitaciones merece que elijas las que tienen una pequeña terraza al río , la vista es impresionante al amanecer , es la forma más bella de iniciar el día en florencia , todo en el hotel esta diseñado para consentirte , la recepción es un muy amable , gente con sonrisas te reciben y asisten , la propiedad es pequeña pero no necesitas mas porque lo tiene todo , cuenta con spa muy bueno donde recomiendo el tratamiento de la casa por 30 minutos, después pasar a su alberca hidromasaje al interior climatizada ( una delicia después de un día de larga caminata por las calles de florencia ) la habitación es hermosa en una palabra , completamente pristina , interiores y acabados de lujo y totalmente funcionales, amplia en comparación con otras en europa, excelente iluminación , muy moderna , la cama una delicia , pero lo que te puede enamorar y yo volvería 10 veces es por cenar en su pequeña terraza a orilla del ARNO, vale la pena cada centavo ( no es un lugar económico pero lo vale completamente sin pensarlo) el restaurante es una experiencia adorable, te sientes en una postal de cabaña en la montaña , bellamente acomodado,el desayuno fué de los mejores que tuvimos en Europa, la selección es amplísima y todo de primera calidad ( amé los huevos recién hechos y cremosos , divinos!) la fruta, el pan fresco , selección de jugos, tes. vayan!

Estuvimos tres noches en este hotel, la habitación Executive Double estuvo bien para dos adultos y una niña, aunque los espacios están separados solo por cortinas. la ducha es totalmente en vidrio lo que permite que se vean las personas por todos lados le falta un poco de espacio para almacenamiento y para ubicar las maletas. aunque el hotel está retirado del centro la ubicación es muy buena y está situado sobre el río, lobquebhace que teng muy buenas vistas. El restaurante es excelente, muy buen desayuno y la comida que probamos de la carta estuvo muy buena. para resaltar el buen servicio de todo el personal y el aseo en las instalaciones del hotel

Un buen hotel para estar en Florencia pero más aún para darse tiempo de estar en el hotel. Un hotel muy rico que me hubiera gustado aprovechar más (primera vez en Florencia y me dediqué a conocer).

Loved the location and service from each individual my husband and I encountered. Walking distance to the plazza de la republica where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s approximately a half hour walk but so worth it. Bring your comfy shoes! Food was amazing in the hotel restaurant loved the breakfast buffet worth the $25 euros for it! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a great stay and we hope to visit real soon!

Lovely hotel right on the river Arno. 1.5 mile walk to town but hotel has a great shuttle service and the bus stop is also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Spa area was really nice, used it three times during our stay, one hour included per day, pool with jets, sauna and steam room. Had it to ourselves each time as we were there in low season. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

This is a nice hotel but overpriced and all about money. The breakfast is 25 euros per person and we had barely started eating the buffet before the waiter started trying to collect money. We ate lunch here and it was very overpriced for basic food (35 euros for a glass of red wine!!!). The controls on the hot water in the shower were broken. Otherwise it’s a nice setting.

Not worth 5 star and the price
1) Check-in was supposed to be 2pm. But the room was ready at 2:50pm. 2) Bathroom smelled bad. 3) Found a spider under our bed. 4) We could hear cars driving night/morning 5) Restaurant food was good.

Our room was so big and comfortable, the hotel grounds are beautiful. We were hoping to swim but there was a rainstorm during our stay. I will say it is a bit of a walk to the city center but we used the hotel shuttle which was great and taxis. The hotel staff was so helpful and kind. They even gave us a little bag of snacks and waters when we left. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely large villa. We had a beautiful large room with beautiful views of the river from our balcony. A few things though disappointed me and made our stay less than perfect. 1. The property provides free shuttle to the centre. However this is not there in the afternoon. It is about 10-15 mins away from the centre and costs €20 each way by taxi. Not a deal breaker though. 2. I called the hotel when I was booking the stay a few months ago to check if the room we weee booking had a queen bed and 2 proper single beds as our children are 16 and 13. I was assured they were proper single beds. However one was a sofa divan type thing with a good mattress and the other was a pop up bed which was very unsatisfactory. 3. The food is very expensive and unfortunately there was nothing on the menu we saw we would like. Most good restaurants are in the centre. But the hotel allows food delivery which is good. 4. Only 1 bottle of water provided for a family of 4. All hotels I have stayed in have provided 2-4 bottles. 5. The outdoor pool is not heated which is ok. It is quite small and has a depth of 1.7m. So younger children would not really enjoy this. 6. The indoor spa and pool has to be booked for a 1 hour slot. We missed our slot due to train cancellations one day the youngsters were disappointed, we were really hoping to relax after a whole day at Cinque Terra. All in all, nice hotel but less than satisfactory stay for us. I guess it would be nice for couples.

Beautiful setting along the river. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Spacious room, clean, well maintained and beautiful furnishings. Only thing not amazing were the pillows which were a little flat. Staff was very helpful and helped me retrieve my cell phone from a taxi that I left it in - avoided a huge inconvenient tragedy! My wife wants to go back and the rest of our trip now is being measured against this hotel..

Beautiful hotel by the Arno river
We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great location by the river with easy access to city centre. Bikes for hire. Clean and well-maintained. Nice touches eg mini ice creams offered by the pool. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a getaway
The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was a place I would recommend and return to time and time again. It has such cute character and charm and all the amenities we could ask for.
