La zona en donde se encuentra ubicado es muy accesible y desde allí te puedes ir caminando a varios puntos de interés turístico. En la zona se encuentran varios supermercados y restaurantes. El anfitrión siempre estuvo en constante comunicación y atento a cualquier necesidad. Gracias

This location was central to everything and the host greeted us and gave us a tour of this home and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. This home was impeccably designed and was one of the highlights of our 1st visit to Florence. The pictures on this home don’t do it justice! We would love to come back and stay longer next time.

Located a Great area of Florence. The Duomo is only two or three short blocks away. On your way over there the roads are dotted with great restaurants to eat. Once you’re at the Duomo you can go to see all the sites. Our host was extraordinarily helpful in more ways than we could even describe. I would absolutely recommend this place. You will be pleasantly surprised.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, the owner walked us through the entire house to show us how everything worked. The location was fantastic.

From the moment we entered the apartment, I knew our family would enjoy their stay in Florence. Our host, Paolo was amazing. He showed us around the apartment with so much pride. We knew from his introduction to the apartment that he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had all of the amenities for our trip. We were centrally located to our tours and shopping. It was great walking everywhere. If we ever visit Florence again, I know where we're staying!

We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!

We had a great stay in this lovely home. Paolo met us to let us in and tell us all about his place. He is a wonderful host. We were treated like friends who were house guests. The home is so nice and it feels like home away from home. It was an easy walk from the train station and we were just a few minutes walking from any place we wanted to go. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything you would need. We had friends over for dinner and the kitchen is a great place for hosting dinner. The washing machine was a very nice amenity as we were traveling in Italy for 2 weeks. This was a perfect place for our family of 4 with our 2 college age kids. Everyone had their own space to sleep. (one bedroom and 2 sofa beds). The communication with the host and his assistants was always responsive. We love Florence and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend. Grazie Paolo!

What a great location. Easy to find public transport and a short walk into the main city area. It was very tidy, clean and quiet. If you don't like stairs then it isn't for you but we didn't find it a great problem.

Good location all three ladies had private and comfortable sleeping quarters. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances T.V. had netflix We are senior citizens and if this VRBO was comfortable for us it would be more than suitable for other age groups and families. The only suggestion would be more waste baskets

È stato un bel soggiorno a Firenze, peccato che sia finito troppo presto! L'appartamento è accogliente e spazioso, luminoso , e silenzioso. La posizione è ottima e strategica , da lì puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi ,stazione e attrazioni principali. Il signor Paolo è una bravissima persona e ci ha accolti mostrandoci ogni dettaglio dell'appartamento e ci ha fornito informazioni utilissime. In casa abbiamo trovato spumante di benvenuto e caffè. La cucina vissuta da noi appieno è un ambiente molto rilassante e dispone di tutto , super attrezzata . Le uniche pecche sono il lucernario sul divano letto del piano superiore,non ti permette di riposare bene e polvere che abbiamo trovato in casa , pulita si ,ma non pulitissima. Il nostro progetto è quello di ritornare al più presto 💗

From the moment of our booking, the ongoing and effective communications between the host Paolo and the property manager Anastasia were key to our enjoyable stay at the property. This was crucial as we were new to Florence. Besides being helpful with immediate actions before arrival and on site, they also impressed us with their flexibility and accommodation to the changes we made along the way. The location is accessible to many well known sites within walking distance. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to take a one day trip each to Siena and Cinque Terra. The property is very clean and excellent for family and friends who enjoy a home setting while traveling. We will definitely book again if we visit Florence in the future. The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Several nice cafes and restaurants near by. The apartment is very clean and really nice. We loved the large kitchen, even though we didn’t food, we did bring back food to eat at the table. We felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommended.

Very good location with 10 min walk to Duomo and train station, this apartment was beautiful. Lots of light coming into the amazing kitchen with marble counters. The apartment is two stories with the bedrooms on the bottom. One of the beds is a sofa bed from IKEA. It is decent but if you have a bad back or want luxury, this bed isn’t for you. The two full bath are really nice. Wifi worked well. Would stay here again

This apartment is like a fairytale dream. Beautiful counters in white marble, chef’s kitchen, windows with views of a garden, washer and dishwasher, steps from grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, market, historical sites, and train station. Excellent communication and check in process, this was our favorite stay on vacation. Each teen got separate space, plenty of room to gather and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend. XF
