Loved being so close to the ocean, even though it decided to be foggy every morning. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and beds were comfortable. Was a good fit for a women's getaway.

Great little stay. An adult daughter with her 8 year old son spent part of an afternoon and evening. Games and puzzles were a nice family activity. Wifi was functional but little used. Kitchen was good for light cooking and meal prep. Beach with easy access. Wish there was a hose for washing off outside after a walk on the beach and wish that we had bought firewood for an evening in front of the woods stove. The bed was too soft so woke up with a backache. If you like a very soft bed, then you would like it. In general, a great place, and we would like to go back.

This property was very sufficient for our stay. We meet friends from CA at a Beach Town in Oregon to just relax and catch up on life. This facility was great for that purpose and we would likely stay there again. There were some minor issues like as small shower for a big guy like myself(6' and 250) but overall we had a great time.

Cute little house with great location. We stayed here 3 years ago and love the upgrades since we were there. Would be nice to have queen size beds but I understand the room size restrictions. Perfect size for 4 or 5 people. Love the 2 full bathrooms!

Our anniversary weekend here was such a nice choice. We got one really good day of nice weather to beachcomb and enjoy some sand in our toes. And Florence has a wonderful quaint but very nice food sector in old town. We ate dinner at 1248 Ristobar. It was pesto!!

Stayed with a few friends and my dog for new years. House was clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the ocean. There was also plenty of space and it didn’t seem crowded. It was easy access to the beach as well. I plan on staying here again. I wasn’t sure how to check out as it wasn’t clear; hoping they won’t charge me extra since I didn’t see the text message with the check out link until an hour after we left the house at check out time.

The view was beautiful! The cleanliness of the house was terrible! The tub in the master bathroom was clogged! The heaters were old and very scary to use. I will not be staying at this cottage again!

Satisfactory. The property is in need of immediate attention. The two front door locks are in terrible shape. Keys provided needed minutes at every use to operate the locks. Hire a competent locksmith to repair/replace them. Two window screens are torn preventing their use to ventilate the home. The second door to the home is inoperable. The locks seem to be rusted and keys provided do not fit them. Screen doors would help greatly to ventilate the home after even a foggy late summer day's heat build-up. The side door does indeed have a screen door but it is in disrepair. The front door did once have a screen door but it is now propped up against the rear of the home presumably in disrepair. The outdoor porch light lamp is dead. Sure swould have come

We had beautiful weather and spent lots of time on the nice porch viewing the ocean and fantastic sunsets. After a short walk crossing the street we were on the beach. The house was clean and beds fairly comfortable with the memory foam pad. There is a lot of extra bedding and plenty of towels. My wishes: good frying pan 😊🍳

What a great location to watch the ocean! We were even able to see the tsunami 01-15-22 as it was coming in! What a weekend to remember! The house was sweet, cute and very charming! We will definitely be trying to find this home The next time we come to Florence!

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. Some other views have suggested the view isn't that great, but I must protest - the ocean is fully visible from the big living room windows! It's just a 2 minute walk down to the water. The place itself was completely adequate. A little musty, but given that it's a pet-friendly rental and so close to the beach that makes sense. And for the affordable price, we didn't mind the must.
