Great location for our family and dogs. Close to forest land for hiking. Quiet neighborhood but still close to NAU, downtown, etc. House had all of the necessities.

Nice house and nice service.

We had a great stay at this property. Our only hiccups were we needed more coffee cups and we couldn’t get the toaster oven to work. You are an excellent host. Thank you!

Cute and quiet

Very quiet residential neighborhood with a nice patio to enjoy cool weather. Open concept floor plan with a big table for food and games. Kitchen is equipped with a few basics to cook with. No master closet to hang clothes and no hangers in the other bedrooms, but all had dressers. Close to pond and walking paths.

Convenient and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to Grand Canyon and other parks and sites. Highly recommend. Ideally would be helpful to have a earlier checkin than 4. Perhaps that is standard?

Great house for group of friends to hang out.

Great house and good location for group of friends to hang out for the weekend. House was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Excellent accommodation for a party of 7, some of the guest did experienced some paranormal activity while getting ready to go to bed, closet doors were moving by themselves. And loud cracking sound inside closet. The other guest was coming into the master bedroom and the door shot on he’s face. While he’s wife was already in bed. After I heard about it the next day. I had a nightmare. I was wandering if maybe there must have been a cemetery in the neighborhood. Or someone died in the home. Besides that everything else was perfect. But this is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of activity at a vacation home. But that doesn’t worry me. Kathryn Duncan was quick with any concerns or questions I had, I still recommend this house very clean and organized

Quiet Flagstaff House

We came up to celebrate my daughter graduating at NAU, but we wanted to stay further away from the college campus area due to the amount of traffic and noise. This property was perfect! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the house had everything it needed for our family. It was plenty stocked with all the cooking utensils, spices, even coffee/creamer and snacks were provided. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The house was conveniently located to Flagstaff mall area, Oreganos, Safeway - a variety of places if you are looking to stay away from the college campus. Thanks for welcoming us to your home.

Fun Times In Flagstaff

We were very happy with the dog friendly rental. They made you feel welcome with all the extras. It was very organized and easy to feel right at home. We will be back!!

NAU Family Weekend

We loved this property! The attention to small details was amazing! Fully equipped with everything you could need. Truly dog friendly with a great yard, dog bowls and dog treats! Forest land just down the street which was great for walking the dogs. Beds were comfy and the place was impeccably clean. Even some people snacks . Thank you!

Wonderful home!

Superb Stay

We were very pleased with the house. Had everything you could want in the kitchen. Bikes and sleds in the garage. Our little dog was very much at home in the well-fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with friends in the cool pines. The home was very comfortable for the four of us. The guys went golfing at nearby Continental Golf Course while the girls went shopping in Downtown Flagg. July can be very hot (and it was), so if you can’t stand the heat, you may be affected by the fact this home has no A/C. It quickly cooled down at night once the windows were opened. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the kitchen and cooked several meals.

Perfect spot for a family visit.

Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Home was exactly as described and a great layout for our needs. Lots of amenities some of which we used and many we never had time to enjoy, but appreciate that they were available. Very nice to have a garage to park car in as well. We traveled with senior parents and our dog to visit our college aged daughter for family weekend. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Everyone enjoyed the home.

Vacation Destination Repeat

This will be a family vacation repeat. The listing was accurate and the remodeled space was nicely done. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and close proximity to trails and lakes.
