Easy beach access and amazing sunrise

Couldn’t ask for more convenient location. Unobstructed beach view from balcony. Loved having 3 full updated baths and updated kitchen. New sofa also a plus. There is a little road noise at certain times of day but overall quiet and walking distance to some great food!

Second stay, not our last

The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back.

Ocean Front getaway

This rental was the perfect spot for our family trip! The location is everything, just steps to the beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much! We hope to be back soon!

Girls trip

Very difficult opening cypher lock. Had sewer issues and had to move to hotel one day before flying home. Still waiting on refund a week later. Property could use some updates.

The View!!!

This was me and my fiancés first time to Flagler, and I don’t think we would have had the same experience if it weren’t for the location of this beautiful beach house and amazing views! Dog friendly is also a great plus! I plan to be a repeat customer every year!

Perfect accommodations

This was simply perfect!!!!. House better than the pics. Everything you need is in walking distance. The beach is directly across from the house. It’s much closer than it lookks

Comfortable and Convenient

The property was clean and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location in Flagler Beach. The hot water pipes may need some attention though. The downstairs shower had sufficient hot water, but the two upstairs showers were pretty cold.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The house is wonderfully located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants as well as directly across from the beach. The house if comfortable for a large group and well equipped with plenty of beach towels and beach equipments.

Great location - house could use some TLC and better response from prop managers

The location and beach were absolutely fantastic. Just cross the street and you are at the beach with plenty of space and great water. The wifi and cable were not working in our home. Not a big deal normally but reception was also poor for cell phone signal and with a toddler, it was hard to keep entertained since we couldn’t watch movies/ stream after the fun in the sun. I called and texted property management as instructed and resetting modem/router but never got it functional and never got a response to my texts or calls. Disappointed at the lack of responsiveness. The house also had really stained hand rails up and down the stairs. When we turned on the water in the tub, the water coming out was brown and the tub looked dirty which made me question whether or not we should even use that shower/tub. This house has lots of potential and with a little TLC and a better response from the property management, I would stay again. Until then I will check out other properties in Flagler beach.

Location, Location, Location

It is hard to choose our favorite part of this property. The view of the ocean. The many restaurants within walking distance. Pier Watch was wonderful!

Excellent property and location. Only problem we had was getting some light bulbs replaced - took 3 contacts and 4 days to get it done.

Very nice location, close to everything!

All in all it was a great place to stay. Was lacking for wash clothes and drawer storage in the bunk bed room Would definitely book again

Perfect location

The location for Flagler couldn’t have been any better. We’ve never been to Flagler before but we never had to drive except to the grocery store. Places to eat and icecream all within a very short walking distance. Very easy to get across the street to the beach.

Great Location

The home was as pictured, the best location possible! we were 8 people from 18 - 47 and we were all comfortable. if your looking to stay in flagler beach , this home is perfect
