"What a relaxing stay!!!! Loved where the property is located. Easy walk to beach. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy drive or bike ride to many places. The yard is fenced in. The covered deck and pool/patio area is perfect for relaxing. Fire pit and all charcoal grill. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The owner was quick to respond. E"

"The house was clean, wells tocked, roomy and cozy. The weather was a bit cooler during our stay so we did not go in the pool but we did sit out on the deck. It was very relaxing and peaceful listening to the pool waterfall."

"This house has a great layout to accommodate a family. We had our children, ages 16, 17, 21 & their friend age 20, and my husband & I and the space was great. The beds were all comfortable, my son even slept on the pull out sofa sleeper all week & no issues. Everything was clean & updated. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. "The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home."

"This place had everything we needed for an amazing week in Florida. We shared it with my sister’s family. (4 adults, 5 kids ages 7-17, and 2 dogs). The canal was gorgeous and we loved the pool and whole ambiance of the outdoor space. Thai was our second stay in one of David and Pattie’s places and we plan to rent again from the same hosts next year!"

"Beautiful home, perfect for parent’s 75th birthday. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Beach access was close enough to walk and there was also plenty of parking if you want to drive. House was well stocked and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"This house is a great size for a big group. Hosts are friendly and communicative. Pool and spa kept the kids busy the whole time, and check in/check out were hassle free. "This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...

"Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions."
