The kitchen had every t hing you vould need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The ointetnet wouldnt stay in. The only time the tv worked was on the last night. But that was ok. I would definatly stay here again in future. Thanks

Very gracious host. Amenities were nice. Minor repairs (towel hanger in main bathroom kept falling off) may be due - but VRBOs are often abused by those who stay. It’s a lovely home and our dogs had room to roam. We won’t hesitate to rent again.

The place was an amazing value. It is not high-end luxury, but spacious and quiet. Working with the owner was smooth and friendly. The community had fun, quirky restarants. We stayed in comfort and would come back another time.

My stay in Palm coast

The property was nice as described on the website. The yard needed to be cut. However, I know Florida has lots of rain. So maybe the grass grew back fast. Love that all the rooms had televisions. Was in town for a family reunion. After being out to family Events, it was nice to come back to to a home like environment instead of the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice Vacation Home

This place is a great place to stay while in Florida.The house was very clean and spacious.There were a few minor things that is helpful to know, The Main TV is streaming only so I couldn't watch broadcast TV. There's no remote for the TV so you had to push the buttons under it to put it on and change the volume. We couldn't get any TV's in the bedrooms to work. The Futon in the bedroom/office had loose legs so I had to tighten them before we could use it. There was a broken post on a headboard that kept moving, The previous people left food in the cabinet. The shower head in the Master Bedroom didn't have a lot of pressure so it was a mild shower. I didn't have the e-mail and couldn't remember the checkout procedure with the linens so it would have been nice to have a checkout list posted somewhere. Also I didn't know when the garbage went out or if there were recycling laws. Overall the place is an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it and stay there again.

Spacious and comfortable

Spent 3 weeks at this house in March 2025. The house is very spacious and is exactly as it appears in photos. The house is located in a very quiet neighorhood but is close to shopping and restaurants. Flagler Beach is a short drive away. Communication with owner was great and he was quick to reply to any request. I would definitely choose this house if in the Palm Coast area in the future, and would recommend to family and friends. watotoreplyrequestreqwould definitely choose this house

Great getaway

Price is very good for what you get! 4 bedroom plus office with futon. Clean. Spacious. Private yard. Nice appliances, huge TV. Could use more dinnerware, utensils and drinkware, towels. Grill is charcoal and small. No outdoor furniture. Owner was super helpful with lock problems several times. Very responsive!

Property was very clean, easy checkin and out. Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Nice Big Home in the Suburbs

Overall the wife and I had a very nice time.We stayed for 6-weeks and our Kids and grandchildren joined us for a week.Good: Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the furniture and the TV in the living room was very nice, Kitchen was large and also very nice and a fenced in yard.Could use some improvements: Carpets in bedrooms either need to be replaced or removed, minor smells. Fenced in yard has a couple of locations that small dogs can get through (we just put a board up that we found in garage). Other beds are not very comfortable and should be replaced. NO local channels on TV's but there were plenty of available streaming channels on all TV,s except in one bedroom.

Christmas getaway.

We love coming up here we come up to ride our bicycles or mountain bikes. Everything was great I did have a fall bicycling and had to visit a local hospital which was super very nice Advent hospital. Your house is very lovely and we did clean the floors and wash the sheets before we left so I hope you don't have much to clean up we loved your place thank you very much

Confortable stay

We stayed for biketoberfest 2024. Home waa very clean and easily accessable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Driveway was longer than usual which was nice. The garage was available for use and was large enough to accomidate the motorcycles. Nice backyard. All the extras available for this home was much appreciated! Communication waa excellent with owner!!
