Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We were spoiled by our stay at the Flagler Beach House. As native Floridians we’ve stayed all over the coasts of Florida but this was our first beachfront house and it was exceptional! The unit was perfect, the picture windows facing the ocean allowed you to enjoy the water even if you weren’t on the sand. It had all the amenities and was very comfortable for my multi-generational family. Also, Bryan the property manager was phenomenal; we realized the microwave was out late in the day, he was over same day to assess the issue and he was back the following day installing a new one. We will be coming back for our next beach getaway. Thank you to the owners and property managers for a wonderful experience.

Perfect on the beach for two adult couples

We are two retired couples (all over 60) who travel and vacation together. The Flagler Beach House was perfectly suited and situated for us. The master suite and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower was great. The other bedroom and hall bath were also comfortable and convenient. All amenities were well kept. The on-beach location was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint. A very good place for beach/surf fishing. Accurate description and pictures -- and a great owner/manager of the property. Thank you -- we look forward to returning.

Breathtaking views!

This house was just perfect for my sisters and I. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and amazing views. Having restaurants and a grocery store close by was a plus. LOVED this little piece of heaven and would highly recommend it!

Loved our stay here. The house and beach was beautiful. The Manager was fantastic. I had to message a few times because the AC went out and she was so quick to respond and had it fixed the next night. Our last night the kids got to see dolphins from the deck. The kids did not want to leave. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit in November. The pictures and description of thr property were accurate and the views were absolutely fantastic. My husband and I loved drinking coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise.

Comfortable and amazing views!

As soon as you walk in you notice how bright it is with all the windows and then you are awed by the view! Gorgeous ocean and sand! This beach house is decorated so cute and has everything we needed for our week stay! There is everything you need for spending time on the beach and in the water. Such a treat to stay in a place so close to the water!! Well maintained property and property manager was quick to respond to a couple questions i had. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful

This was our first time to Flagler Beach area. Staying at Flagler Beach house was wonderful! It is such a reasonably and affordable priced ocean front rental property for your vacation! The owners and property managers are so welcoming and easy to get in touch with. When we arrived, the AC decided to not work for us (which we all know these things happen of course) when we got there. Amanda and Eric were quick to respond and came out to get it fixed for us late that evening!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the owners and property managers. We have definitely referred this places to closest family and friends who asked where we were because our pictures were beautiful. We will be back!

That view!

In Short: AMAZING!

First, the location was just simply perfect. This beachfront home is situated in paradise. We were minutes from shopping, groceries, restaurants, and ice cream. Of course, the beach too! Second, this was the most welcoming place that I have ever stayed. We stayed in the upper unit and it was immaculate. Linens were clean, the kitchen was spotless, and not a spec of dust in sight. The layout of the home is unique and comfortable; very tasteful updates. Finally, the property managers were great! We communicated as soon as I arrived, and they welcomed us via text. They were attentive when we had questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beach vacation

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the beach! The house could not have been closer to the beach. The large windows facing the beach gave an amazing view! The rental was very clean and well furnished. Had an excellent stay!

JUST WONDERFUL!!!

We had the best time staying at the Painters Hill house!! Lupita was very helpful and understanding through all our experiences there. The view was gorgeous!! The sound of the waves against the shore added to the magic of the stay. This being our first Christmas without family, we did better than expected because of the coziness of our visit.
