Loved all the amenities! Had a great time playing, foosball, pickle ball and ping pong. Spa and pool were definitely used, too. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.

We had an amazing few days with our children and grandchildren! The home and property were perfect for our large family with the ability to spread out! The pool and Pickleball courts were a huge hit for us! Communication with the renter was amazing. We will definitely consider rebooking next summer! It was everything we needed and wanted!

Beautiful Property without Beach Access

The property is BEAUTIFUL, big, clean, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. Also, communication with the owner is answered immediately. The dock and creek behind the house is great for fishing and crabbing. We visited in June 2025 and according to the description, we knew beach access would be about a mile down the road at the public beach access (Varn Park) which had parking and restrooms. However, after arriving, we found out this public beach was closed for weeks/months and we had no way to access the beach except for driving miles, parking on the side of the road and no restrooms available. Our sole purpose of going to Flagler was to be able to go to the beach even if we had to use the public beach. Finally, we rented a golf cart (huge expense - 900) to be able to drive down the street (4-5 miles) to beach access. That turned out to be a huge waste of money. The pool at the house is wonderful if all you want to do is stay at the house and use the pool. If you are looking for a house with ease of getting to the beach, this would not be one that I would recommend. There is lots of space in the house, so good for large groups. Kitchen is wonderful. Satisfaction with this rental is really based on what the renter is wanting to do at Flagler.

Great property!

We had a fantastic time at this large, beautiful home. Incredibly clean and well stocked. The only negatives were that the owner doesn’t allow you to use the pool after 10pm (our teenagers wanted to night swim) and you had to drive to the beach. Otherwise everything was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as Described

This property is exactly as described (except beds are doubles not queens) and the pool (which we heated)/hot tub/back deck are the stars of the show here. Management and maintenance were exceptional in timeliness and friendliness. For our particular needs, it was manageable but a little more challenging for seniors with minor accessibility needs (which we knew going in) and the beach access is exactly as advertised - 1 mile away - but that meant being very intentional for us for daily beach walks, just not as quick as staying beachfront or closer to beach access (but again we knew that going in). A great house to get everyone under one roof for a week and meet all our needs.

The perfect couples retreat

I hope I have enough room to tell it all!!! This place was EVERYTHING! First, the property was clean from top to bottom. Things that stood out for us-labeled, well stocked cabinets with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Fully stocked bathrooms-bidet’s in each of them. Large, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The huge patio and pool/spa area was our favorite place for entertaining (a tv would be a great addition). We were less than a mile from the beach and a lake on the property so each bedroom had amazing views. Lastly but not least, the host was very accessible and accommodating the one time we needed anything -get the spa working. Thanks for making our couples trip one to remember and we would definitely book again ♥️

Great place

Lovely property with loads and space and plenty of amenities. The downstairs living space was huge with a very well equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable lounge. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The basement/garage is well equipped with a games area and home cinema. Overall the house was furnished to a very high standard. The hosts were excellent, providing clear and detailed communication before the trip and instructions in the house to help with the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended!

Pops 90th Birthday

We have a family of 10 people stay very comfortably for a long weekend. The house and grounds are fresh and well maintained. The pool area and deck were where we spent a large part of our time. Large home

Lots of room. Nice pool, except for at dusk. Would be great if they put in a screened in porch around the pool. Tile around pool is very slippery when wet, just be careful as we had a few wipeouts. Master near pool gets very hot with sky lights. Would recommend they tint them or install blinds. Makes room uncomfortable in summer so no one used sadly. Great kitchen and amenities. Overall great place and owner is great!!!

Great Place

Overall, this was a great stay. There were a few minor issues. I am uncertain if I misread but I thought the gate would be closed while we occupied the property. It remained open the entire time, not a big deal but there were mostly women in our group. Also, in fairness, we never asked the property manager about it. We were advised someone would be by to look at the pool and that was cool but the next day someone else came and they were unannounced. He was super professional and nice; we just wish there would have been advance notice. Not all bedrooms are created equal. There are TV’s in only the masters and one additional bedroom. Not the biggest issue in the world but one of the occupants of a non-tv room complained. The bedrooms were all clean and decorated appropriately. The Master bedroom downstairs was the biggest disappointment. It feels as if it is an addition to the property. It doesn’t cool down and the bathroom is damp, aesthetically unpleasing and should be renovated. The outside furnishings need to be cleaned and painted and the pond looked unkempt. The property manager was extremely responsive and professional. Would we visit again? Probably not for the price, but we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and the property was cool. While we did not give 5 stars, it was still a great place to visit.
