"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. Room upgrade was an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Riva del Garda. I would stay here again shld I return. 10+ stars "

"This place is in a lovely position with amazing views over Lake Garda. It is high above Limone but the 10 minute drive up the zig-zagging road is pretty easy and brings you up to the quiet spot housing 12 little apartments, number 6 being at the far end of the ground level block. The room while not plush has everything you need. Not all the electrics worked but we were given a new lamp when we asked. We felt at first a little disappointed that from the particular room we had the view was...

"The location is amazing. The get into the apartments you walk through between the tables of a nice restaurant, in the bustling historic centre of Riva. The apartments is on the third floor. We had heavy suitcases which were hard to carry upstairs. The apartment is nice and comfortable but not amazing. Most other apartments we stayed in had some salt, sugar and other basic foods. This one had nothing. The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was responsive and helpful."

"Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang durch Herrn Maffei. Bei Verständigungsproblemen half uns ein Übersetzungsprogramm. Lage traumhaft, nur die Straße den Berg hinauf sehr kurvig, schmal, aber damit hatten wir bei der Lage gerechnet! Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Terrasse ruhig mit traumhaften Blick auf den See. Weitere Sitzgelegenheit findet sich im kleinen, schattigen Olivengarten, der zum Grundstück gehört. Einfach schön !"

"L'appartamento è in ottima posizione vicino al centro e con il parcheggio in loco non serve spostare l'auto. Prima di iniziare il soggiorno vengono fornite tutte le informazioni necessarie. Le dimensioni sono sufficienti per accogliere 4 persone, il divano letto non è molto comodo e quando aperto non permette di sfruttare il soggiorno. La cucina è datata e con diversi sportelli che si aprono a fatica o che danno la sensazione di restare in mano. Rispetto alle dotazioni promesse mancava la...

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, gut erreichbar und wenn etwas ist kümmern sie sich sofort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "

"Es ist ein sehr schönes, liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen, mit allem was man braucht! Das Grundstück ist traumhaft und wenn man Ruhe möchte, einfach perfekt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Mann. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder."
