"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"We were in room 12 which was lovely and warm as always, love the shower in the Bathroom power shower ample hot water, and nice comfy bed, this wasn't our first stay there as, we love the friendly atmosphere and the staff are very helpful, great views especially from the resturant with it's picture windows looking out onto the North Sea.
Looking foward to our stay later in the year again, might opt for one of the sea view rooms which are slightly bigger in size.
A cooked breakfast is included or...

"Pretty poor. Signage for hotel still says ‘holiday inn’, giving confusion on where to go to check in. staff seem disinterested, was only told where my room was, not given information about parking or breakfast etc (an opportunity to sell). Room was outdated, shower curtain heavily stained, sink wasn’t fully clean when checked in.

"El hotel está cerca de una de las partes turísticas de la ciudad. Aunque para ir a la Catedral hay que coger el coche, porque está alejada del centro.
Nos alojamos 3 personas en la habitación, aunque está bien para 4. Muy limpio, los colchones muy cómodos. Te dejan galletitas, té, café soluble junto a la tetera típica dentro de la habitación.
Y además el desayuno estaba incluido: English breakfast más tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada, fruta y yogur. "

Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived.
Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "

Habitaciones destartaladas, sin un mínimo de limpieza, y cuando pedimos cambiar de habitación nos ofrecen una habitación que no estaba lista (y que no iban a limpiar para nosotros), que probablemente no habían limpiado en días, por no decir semanas, con toallas por el suelo, etc. Y eso fue lo único que nos ofrecieron. Claramente, nos fuimos del hotel. Hotel para nada recomendable. Servicio cero profesional."
