"The house wasn't available to us after we'd booked it and so the holiday rentals offered us an alternative stay. The team were very communicative and very helpful and we still had a wonderful stay. "We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night.
