"This is our second time staying at this beautiful place but our first in this cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is decorated so cute with aniques and has 2 comfy queen beds, a kitchen area and a separate living area. It also has a nice size bathroom with a shower. The best part for me was the outdoor space. It is so quiet and I got to see fireflies (lightening bugs). That was such a treat. It took me back to my childhood. ❤️"

"The Howdy Ranch was everything we needed… From the moment we stepped foot on this property til the time we left it was perfect. The pictures and descriptions are true. The fridge and pantry were stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and exposing our pup to the cattle and deer that visited us each afternoon. "From the moment you walk in you know this place is full of peace and quiet. Stayed here for respite from the hustle and bustle of Round Top and that’s what we received. Chris, the owner, is the master host that she is. The place was super clean and extremely organized. We didn’t want for anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. From the linens to the glassware you know she loves what she does which is taking full care of her guests. LOVE THIS PLACE!"
