What a wonderful villa, just what we needed!The villa was spotless and smelt amazing, have to say that the welcome hamper is the best that we have ever received at any property that we have stayed in over the past 10 years - thank you.We were contacted by Maura and had a What’s App chat between us which was a nice touch and the welcome visit on our 1st full day was welcomed. We were given guidance of where to visit and local restaurants to try.On our departure Maura came to say goodbye again a lovely touch.Sky, Netflix, plenty of books, DVD’s and games available to keep you occupied.Definitely recommend if only for the views!

Absolutely beautiful property with a great location. Fasano, Cisternino, Martina Franca and other cities are a short drive away, and they all have beautiful piazzas and delicious food. Maura was a wonderful host, she met with us upon arrival and gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and was responsive on WhatsApp for the rest of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Magnifique maison très belle et très grande avec 3 chambres dont 2 avec salles de bain, pour la troisième chambre une autre salle de bain juste à côté Belle propriété avec un magnifique portail électrique Belle piscine avec 7 transats !Notre hôte Maura a été tjrs à l’écoute pour nous aider ou répondre à nos questionsAu niveau de la localisation on est près de beaucoup à de beaux endroits et donc facile d’accès On est un peu en altitude, le vent souffle parfois un peu plus fort qu’au niveau de la mer et cela rafraîchit aussi la piscine Mais très beau/bon séjour dans les Pouilles

Beautiful property exactly as advertised.View was amazing and enjoyed having dinner several times on the balcony. Great location, seemed as though everything you could need or town to visit was within a 20 minute drive. Maura was only a text away and so you always had an answer to any question you may have about the property.

Wunderbare Villa

Wir waren mit 5 Personen 11 Tage in dieser tollen Villa. Es fehlte an nichts; die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool, die Liegen, die Handtücher, die Auflagen, alles top!!!! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist einfach toll perfekt. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen wie auch drinnen sind fantastisch. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse oder auch vom Pool ist sensationell. Wir können dieses schöne Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Die Betreuung durch Maura ist perfekt und sehr sehr freundlich. Das Begrüßúngspaket ist mit Liebe ausgesucht. Auch die Umgebung ist einfach nur schön, viele -auch kleine- Orte zum Entdecken, toll. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!! House near Fasano

My only problem was the living room furniture. Not comfortable at all. Unable to even sit in them. Also, not enough safe around the pool. Would have been nice to have dishwater and body soap for our arrival.

What a wonderful home!

This home was lovely! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had just about anything you could need to cook a meal. The view is to die for, the verandas were all amazing, especially as we were able to see spring coming to life as the different vines and plants grew their foliage. Maura was wonderful, always available at a moments notice when issues arose. Her partner Gianluca was also very helpful. We spent a month here, living in an Italian Neighborhood and it was lovely. The road was being worked on leading up to the house, but we were able to adjust our lives to the Italian way of doing things, which was part of the whole experience we were looking for. Watching the sun rise and set from the verandah, watching the hill towns below start to twinkle and shine as darkness settled in each night in the valley was something we will never forget. Wonderful house and a lovely stay! Thank you Maura and Gianluca.

Great villa with awesome heated pool and views

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean villa located in the hills about 15-20 mins from the coast with breathtaking views over to the coast. We enjoyed relaxing in and around the pool, trips to local historic towns and cities - Martina Franca, Ostuni and others. A trip to the zoo safari was a highlight for the kids. Host was brilliant - very helpful in terms of suggestions, sorted a couple of very minor issues arising immediately. I thoroughly recommend the villa and the region.

Stunning Property

The property, the pool, the furnishings, the appliances were all of top quality. The managers were on location at a minute’s notice if needed. The information left in the villa re the surrounding area and the restaurants was spot on and of great use to us. We are contemplating our return next year. Just perfection. Ciao, Maura and GC!

Beautiful and practical base for Puglia

Our host was kind and communicative leading up to our stay, and all throughout. Maura made the process of arriving clear and simple. She was also a gracious advisor on how to get the most out of our trip. The home is gorgeous. Secure and secluded, nice and quiet but you’re not more than a half hour away from several lovely towns. The house was clean and modern and the pool was excellent. A/C was great too, which is vital in the summer months there. Would highly recommend booking this place if you stumble upon it.

Villa in Puglia

Lovely villa, well equipped, fabulous view out to the ocean. Maura was the perfect property manager with all sorts of advice and immediately responsive to any need. Large spaces in and out for relaxed time together for six friends and well located for travel to many surrounding towns. All in all a great choice for our Puglia stay

Amazing experience

From the time we arrived at Villa Francesca, everything was really fantastic. The villa is beautiful and comfortable and Maura could not have been more accommodating with all kinds of information about where to go and what to see. The villa itself is amazing and contains everything one could possible need for a wonderful stay- even a high chair and crib for our little grandson. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa

We spent a week in Villa Francesca. The house itself is lovely and functional, with an impressing view all the way down to the sea, from the terrace and the pool area, and the location is quite central for local visits.

This is an outstanding property, with unparalleled views and Villa. It is well stocked for onsite cooking and conveniently located close to all local highlights. Highly recommend - we were a family of 6 adults and one baby (1 yr old). Maura (host) was incredible to work/communicate with - super professional.

Unexpected Italy

We loved our stay at Villa Francesca! Comfortable, good size for two couple, even three, great to come back each afternoon and sit by the pool. Loved the various spots to sit and appreciated the welcome on arrival. Our host Maura was lovely and very helpful, even organising a hair and nail appointment for me. The location is pretty much 25min from all the towns you want to hit, but closer to Fasano. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful villa

Such a lovely villa. The interior is beautiful and well appointed, and the view astonishing. Maura is an excellent host; very friendly and helpful. The villa is well located, within an easy 30 min drive of many of the key sights in Puglia and 1.5 hours from Matera. The heated swimming pool was much loved by the kids (and us). The TV was very close to the kids’ bedrooms so bear in mind if you want to watch TV after they go to bed but it was not an issue for us as we preferred to sit outside and enjoy the view (except when the final episode of Succession was broadcast and we were delighted to realise that the villa has Sky TV so we didn’t have to wait to watch it). We like travelling to different places, but this was such a stunning villa and a lovely area with so much to do that we will definitely be back! Thanks Maura.

Beautiful villa stunning views

The whole family (6 adults and 1 3yr old) had a lovely time at Villa Francesca. Maura very knowledgeable and helpful. I was unaware that we had to pay to heat the pool but maybe this wouldn’t be necessary earlier in the season.

A lovely spacious home with very comfortable rooms. Very easy to contact and deal with the friendly host. Don’t worry to plan ahead, the best suggestions for trips and restaurants come form the visitors manual and from the host.

La maison et l accueil étaient top!

Nous avons passé un magnifique moment dans cette maison qui est proche de certaines activités à faire sur place et pour profiter de la plage à 20 minutes en voiture. La voiture est cependant indispensable. Le logement est magnifique et la vue est incroyable. Maura qui nous a accueilli est d une très grande gentillesse et nous a donné plein de conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. Nous avons vraiment passé un magnifique séjour dans les Pouilles et dans cette maison. Notre chien a apprécié la climatisation et le petit coin d herbe pour se relaxer. La maison est entièrement clôturée et sécurisée, c est un plus pour laisser notre chien au frais et de notre côté profiter des visites.
