    In this beautiful, detached villa, located just 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can look forward to an oasis of peace and relaxation. Enjoy the spaciousness and comfort to completely unwind. The accommodation with outdoor pool is in a quiet location and can only be reached by car. The villa is a wonderful place to enjoy the winter, especially for long-term tenants and families with children. To make the winter months as comfortable as possible for you, we have a great solution for you: from December to February you can use the central heating free of charge, after that €8.00/per day.

    The villa is 150 m² in size and can accommodate up to six people. If you need a baby cot, we can also provide one. The villa has three cosy bedrooms. One of them has two single beds and the other two each have a double bed. I am pleased to inform you that the bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. You can look forward to watching various international programmes. The villa has two beautiful bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a relaxing bathtub, a practical WC, an elegant washbasin and a washing machine. I am pleased to inform you that the second bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with great attention to detail. It has a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. You can enjoy a delicious meal with your family or friends at the cosy table with six chairs.
    The large living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large glass table and four cosy chairs. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix and a fireplace provide entertainment and comfort. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with practical sliding windows that provide direct access to the pool. The windows are fitted with fly screens and, if you wish, you can darken the rooms with shutters. The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, which is of course at your disposal. There is a small charge for its use. The central heating is included in the price from November to February. After that, a small fee is charged.

    A special highlight awaits you in the outdoor area: a wonderful pool (10 x 5 m and 2 m deep), a refreshing solar shower and comfortable sun loungers for up to six people with parasols. On the terrace and by the pool, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the beautiful city of Faro and forget about everyday life for a moment. And if you want to enjoy a nice barbecue with friends and family, you also have the option of using a charcoal barbecue or an additional gas barbecue. We have prepared a large table for you on the terrace, which can seat up to six people. We also have another table that seats up to four people. A charming external staircase leads up to a beautiful roof terrace, which enchants us with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the enchanting city of Faro. The property is completely fenced, has an automatic gate and offers space for three cars.

    I am also pleased to inform you that there is another flat on the property. This is 50 m² in size and is furnished as an additional holiday flat for four people. I think this is a great option for a happy couple with two lovely children. The flat has a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a desk and chair, which is ideal for a home office. The lovingly designed eat-in kitchen is furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a cosy sofa bed for two people. A flat-screen TV with international programmes provides entertainment, while a dining table for four people allows for sociable get-togethers. The kitchen is also well equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven and microwave to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC and shower to make you feel at home. A large, shaded and covered terrace awaits you in front of the flat, inviting you to linger and offering a wonderful view of the sea. The flat is perfect for two families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together without sacrificing their privacy. The main house can accommodate up to six people, while the flat can accommodate up to four people. To make you feel at home, we ask you to open the flat by prior arrangement.
