Tolle Lage und tolle Villa mit sehr schönem Garten. Wir haben die Ruhe und den großen Pool genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend.

wir waren bereits zum wiederholten mal Gast bei Ana in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Und natürlich kommt man nicht wieder, wenn man sich nicht rundum wohl fühlt. Das Haus liegt wunderbar fernab von allem Trubel in den Bergen, trotzdem sind alle Städte und Strände in 30 min zu erreichen.Der Garten in der Pool sind traumhaft. Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen, das perfekte Haus . Wir kommen auch gerne noch ein 3tes Mal

Sehr schöne und sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit riesigem Garten und einem fantastischen Pool!Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Toller Mittelpunkt, um von dort die Algarve zu erkunden.Check in und Check out waren auch sehr gut organisiert, vielen Dank!

Casa Ana in Bordeira: A Dream in the Algarve

Outstanding Location, wounderful Great Garden, very great and nice pool for the hot season, Bordeira is also a fine location for birder to see birds, the Casa Ana is not so fair from the highway A22, it is easy to reach all interesting places in Algarve, very good and reliable assistance and communication with the host Ana !

Très bonne location. Propre, au calme avec un jardin immense et très joli et une très belle piscine de 12x5 m. Seul petits inconvénients, absence de climatisation et à 20-30 mn en voiture des lieux animés de la région (Albuféira, Villamoura etc). Idéal pour 6-7 personnes et se reposer en toute tranquillité et sans vis à vis

Schöne Auszeit an der Sandalgarve

Wir haben zu viert ( 2 befreundete Pärchen) dieses wunderschöne Haus gemietet. Haus und Garten und Pool sind so schön, dass man sich zwingen muss etwas von der Umgebung zu sehen. Besonders gut haben uns Loule, Moncarapacho, Fuseta und Tavira gefallen. Über die Autobahn waren wir schnell am Meer. Wir haben uns aber immer wieder gefreut „heim“zukommen und schnell noch eine Runde im Pool zu drehen. Wir haben die schöne Küche genutzt, aber es gibt auch tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Sao Bras de Alportel gefahren. Meine Lieblingsplätze am Haus waren die schöne Hängematte und der tolle Pool. Es war wunderschön außerhalb der Touristenzentren zu wohnen und allenfalls sind mal Geräusche aus der Landwirtschaft zu uns vorgedrungen. Das Haus war toll, es hat uns leidgetan nach 2 Wochen wieder abzureisen.

A proper gem of a property

Villa is much better than the photos. The garden is stunning and the pool is huge. So much space in the villa and a well equipped kitchen - very modern and tastefully decorated. If I had to be critical - the upstairs room is a little small and the garden furniture could be better - but that’s really just nitpicking. Definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The host was really helpful and attentive - thoroughly recommend!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) für 10 Tage zu Gast in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr groß (Tischtennis im Wohnzimmer möglich) und sehr schön. Der Garten ist sehr groß und extrem schön angelegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und lädt zum Schwimmen Schwimmen ein. Ana stand uns immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unfortunately a ‘mixed’ review for this villa stay

Unfortunately this villa was quite hard to find, though you will receive a location address this does not take you to the exact location of the villa So we had to drive around for quite some time to find it (so don’t arrive when it’s dark!!) The roads are quite bad in this rural location, so if you take a taxi you may find that the driver can’t find the address and will refuse to drive on the ‘remote’ roads where it’s located. Ubers also cancelled a few times as they won’t pick up from that location! Be careful if you hire a car driving on those bad roads as it could be very dangerous! The check in process was simple … The villa is big but they advertise ‘4 rooms’ in ‘about the property’ but only ‘2 rooms’ are adequate to stay in. The others had no time/effort put into their furnishing. We noticed mold the en-suite shower and it didn’t look very clean and was quite dark.. so the kids had to use the main shower room. The sink blocks really easily, unlike English drainage so be careful as the owner may try and charge you for this ! No extra bed sheets are provided for the week & you are only given white sheets for your stay (if you use those & don’t get a chance to wash them the owner may try & charge you & fine you to replace them!) bring your own sheets! The washing machine looked so old & the owner mentioned something about the handle being loose so we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to be charged for breaking it as it looked very out of date..

Lovely property

We stayed for a week in May in this lovely property, which was very convenient for the airport. The location was very secluded and the gardens, beautiful pool and outside space were wonderful. We were happy with the house which was spacious, with a nice kitchen and excellent bathrooms. There was a problem with no hot water for the first few days (circuit kept tripping) although we managed this by regularly monitoring the consumer unit. An electrician attended after a few days. Sadly Wi-Fi (and TV) wasn’t available for our stay as the village internet cable was down. If these issues were resolved we would recommend, as the house and especially the location and garden area, were lovely.

very peaceful and spacious villa

we selected this property based on its rural location and privacy and it did not disappoint. the villa is very spacious with modern interior and an unusual layout (as expected with an older converted property) It has a private entrance & drive as well as a huge amount of outside space mainly laid to well maintained gardens. The pool is a decent size too and is also well maintained (it was cleaned during our stay) From day 2 we had a minor issue in the main bedroom (which has the only double bed) mortar & bugs kept falling on the bed from the ceiling so we had to sleep in another room for a few nights. We reported this to Ana & although she tried really hard unfortunately the ceiling couldn’t be repaired during our stay. At this point we suggested to have the double bed be moved into another room Ana’s arranged for her team to do this the next morning with very little disruption to our day. aside of the issues with the ceiling we had a very relaxing stay and would consider renting again in the future another small criticism- The roof terrace is a great feature and would benefit from a few items of furniture ( we carried x2 chairs up each evening) the inner courtyard could also be used in the same way

Lovely property

Wonderful stay, the pool and garden are out of this world. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. We did have problems with hot water which I’m guessing is because we had a few cloudy days and I believe water fuelled by solar power. Highly recommend for a family that like to be away from it all and soak up the sunshine and stunning surroundings of the villa.

Peaceful

Beautiful garden and pool which the pictures do not do justice. The villa is light, airy and cool, a perfect escape from the outside heat. The location is tranquil and the villa truly feels like an oasis. Victor was Ana's point of contact for us and he brought us to the house and showed us the features of the property. We had a small issue with the pool on the first day and within two hours he had it all sorted out and ready to go! Within easy reach of Faro airport, points of interest such as Loule and multiple fantastic beaches (as long as you have a car) the villa I would highly recommend for an easy and laid back holiday.

Grande Déception, Prix Exagéré.

Plusieurs problèmes: À notre arrivée samedi, machine à laver le linge, impossible de s'en servir avant lundi soir après plusieurs réclamations téléphoniques. Et s'entendre dire qu'on pouvait faire notre lessive dans une laverie. Maison avec pleins toiles d'araignées, même aux pieds des lits. Piscine très sale , on n'a pas pu se baigner avant dimanche soir. Fourmis dans la cuisine impossible de laisser de la nourriture. Remonté d'odeurs d'égouts , dans les salles de bains , obligé de nettoyer les siphons. Dans l'annonce 4 chambres seulement 3 chambres très petites et une sans lumière. Matelas très durs, une horreur, impossible de bien dormir, et en plus avec une telle chaleur sans air conditionné. Dans le salon le soir impossible de regarder la télé tranquillement sans insectes volants. Prix exagéré a revoir pour telles prestations. Le plus de cette Villa c'était le beau jardin.

Spacious villa with beautiful garden

We spent two weeks with 3 kids and an au pair in this gorgeous place in July 2018. Everything went well, we were met at the local pub and shown to the house by the brother of the owner who explained everything to us. The first impression was „wow, this is even better than the pictures“ The interior design on the house is modern and stylish with the charme of an old farm house. It was well looked after and just as described. The garden is very pretty, with lots of green and flourishing plants. We enjoyed having our meals on the patio and our kids loved the big pool. The place is quite deserted, on a little hill with few neighbors around but not in sight. You definitely need a car for everything. For us it was the perfect hideout to relax as well as make day trips to Tavira, Loulé and Faro and many different beaches of the Algarve region. I can totally recommend this place to a family with young kids or two couples.

Nous rentrons de Bordeira enjoués. Ana et Victor sont très efficaces si nécessaire, disponibles et sympathiques. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, les pièces sont vastes, les matériaux sobres et de bonne qualité. Le jardin est un enchantement, les essences, leur disposition, tout est super bien choisi et pensé. Et il y a de l'ombre! Quand à la piscine, elle est idéale, tant par ses proportions que son aménagement. Seul bémol, la literie en général très très très dure et les lits jumeaux de la 4ème chambre qui ne conviennent pas à de grands ados car en fait ces sont des lits d'appoints dépliés. Ceci dit, nous pourrions envisager d'y revenir...
