"Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce."

"We had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfy. Ken, the host was so friendly and accommodating. He even sat and visited with us for a while when we went to eat at the Asian restaurant just below our unit. The food at the restaurant was also great. We would stay again. "

"A beautiful, quiet property. So beautifully renovated with all the touches of care and quality. We did not want to leave. Charlotte’s Cafe was our go to both mornings. It was delicious and such a cozy, friendly vibe. Our only problem was being too eager to get into the Drake House. We went to the first door, thinking there was only 1 Drake House entrance. I didn’t think to match the door number with the address we were give. Once we had the correct entrance, everything was perfect! Thank you...

"Adorable apartment in downtown Dubuque. Close to Loras college which is what we wanted. Perfect for our family. Comfortable, beautiful old building that's well maintained and deviated nicely. The only downside - thr brewery below played music until 11:30 every night but not too the fault of the VRBO owner. There owner was very responsive and helpful! "

"Our 12 year old grandson ran upstairs and claimed "his baseball bedroom" within a minute of arriving! He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!"
