"The room was perfect for my husband and myself. The response of the host was great, very responsive. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 is because the trash was over flowing right next to our room and it was disgusting. I let the host know and it was taken care of the next day. Pet friendly with plenty of room to have walks with our dogs. We will definitely be staying there again. Overall stay is 5 stars!"

"We were really looking forward to staying on this property to visit family in the area! We drove five hours from East Texas. Upon arrival, we noticed the fridge (that was supposed to be in our room) was outside soaking wet from the recent rain. Walked inside the room, huge leak from the kitchenette sink. Fridge was needed for my toddlers milk. Sink would not stop leaking (my partner attempted to problem-solve). Took awhile for any kind of resolution from staff. We were told there were no extra...

"Al llegar hacer el check in, la habitación estaba sucia y desordenada, el empleado querían que esperaramos a que la limpiaran cuando tenia otras habitaciones disponibles, les dio la atención primero a otros huéspedes que llegaron después de mi, había reservado dos habitaciones y nos puso en diferentes pisos, nos dimos cuenta que había una contigua y les hicimos el comentario que nos diera esa ya que la otra estaba sucia, pero el empleado no lo quiso hacer y si lo hizo con otros huéspedes, al hacer el check out el gerente mencionó que me haría un reembolso por lo sucedido me contacte por medio de expedia y me comentaron que no había ninguna indicación de dicho reembolso, la verdad no regresaría nunca, también el desayuno muy malo nada que ver con lo que ves en la fotos o mencionan."
