"Nice property. Comfy beds. Super easy access to the river. I Suggest to get wristbands from the tube rental behind the property to be able to get a ride back at the end of the river. I read some people had complaints about hearing the train, bring some white noise. We heard nothing. Lots of partying but gets quiet over night. Would stay there again. "

"We enjoyed this property for a couple day reunion of 3 friends from 1st grade, 65 years ago. It was the perfect combination of individual sleeping privacy and common space, right on the Riverwalk. The property manager and onsite staff were accommodating and responsive. The only real downside is the confounding loud music coming from the nearby bar blaring until the early hours of the morning, even though there were no customers on their patio. "Perfect location! 1minute walk to Texas Tubes, 8 minute drive to downtown Gruene. Though we only got to float once because flooding, the next best parts were hanging at the pool and then going downtown! Communicating with the the owner was simple and speedy replies. "
