Great house close to Asheville

This was the perfect house to share with another family when we visited Asheville. Property was just as advertised and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. Play room upstairs was perfect for our preteen boys and the kids bedroom was a perfect room for our 8 year old girls. Loved hanging out on the back porch too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Respite!

Booked for a bachelorette weekend and was PERFECT. Everything was thought of by property owner - from providing coffee and filters to easy instruction manuals for the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood tucked between hills. 15 minutes to downtown AVL. The home was gorgeous, safe, and clean, and the property manager was promptly responsive to all questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation

Great place for families with children of all ages. Furnishings/decor were top-notch. Location ideal for access to downtown, hiking, breweries, etc. The only issue we had was inconsistent wi-fi connections. With 6 adults in our group, there were approx 10 devices, and not all could be on the wi-fi at the same time.

Girl’s Getaway

Perfect location for our girls getaway! It was convenient to all the activities we did. House was amazing! Had everything we needed and space to spread out. Loved the outdoor screened porch. Gal pal get away

4 dear friends from different states were done with Zoom and ready to get together in person… Asheville was the best destination for all, and this house was perfect for us! We didn’t want to be right in the middle of everything… yet, had easy access to fine dining, spas, and the Asheville area. The house is lovely, and lots of little details to make it super homey. We each had our own bedroom and plenty of bathroom space. The screened in porch provided lots of coffee time, and the hot tub was a real bonus! Would love to return!

Awesome Place!!!

This place was awesome! It was like brand new and everything was so nice! It was fully stocked and everything was so clean and well thought out! The hot tub was nice and it was nice having a screened in porch and a regular deck too! It was a short drive to Asheville which made this a very convenient place to stay! Loved the view from this place too!

Perfect house for two families

Extremely comfortable for large family or combined group

The house was so beautiful and well kept. We had two families and everyone had bedrooms that felt comfortable. There is a full bath on the top floor plus an on suite in the top floor master. The first floor master also has an on suite bath and there is a powder bath on the first floor. The kitchen is large and has all the dishes, pots, pans, blender, toaster, etc you need. The screened in porch is a fantastic place to sit and watch the sunrise with your coffee or unwind in the evening. The drive to downtown was about 20 minutes and the highway easily accessible. The grocery store was just 5 minutes down the road. We loved our stay and would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Enjoyable Stay near Asheville

The property was exactly as described and captured in the photos. The property was well appointed and maintained. The only unfortunate part of our trip was the weather became cold and rainy so we couldn’t fully enjoy the deck area. Downtown and Biltmore were both just short drives away. Some of the routes via GPS back to the house routed us through shortcuts which may have saved a minute or two but took you on winding dark roads. Be sure to check the routes to stay on the major roads if commuting at night if smaller roads are intimidating for you at night. We had one and only one small issue with the master BR shower head that was immediately resolved while we were shopping in town. The management was completely pleasant and responsive to fix it quickly. There is a neat little coffee shop at the bottom of the hill that made for an easy 2 min walk to get a cup and a pastry. We would recommend this property for families as well.
