"This apartment has a lot to offer. It’s spacious, nicely furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture and area rugs that show off the hardwood floors. That said, the bathroom sink was unusable because the faucet didn't produce water, and the in-sink soap dispenser was empty. As a result, my morning and evening toiletries were completed at the kitchen sink. Apparently, the owner relies on his house cleaner to insure that everything is in good working order. "Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, beautiful shower. Friendly staff, had no problems answering questions, had all the things you needed to relax for a few days with a couple of friends. The neighborhood is lovely & peaceful at night. Beautiful yard. So pleased I came across this cottage. Thanks guy, our stay was awesome"

"Worse stay ever. The code to the door was wrong. Couldn’t get a hold of the property manager. The first night stayed in a hotel room. The next night had cold showers, couldn’t get the heat turned on and still couldn’t get ahold of the manager. No microwave. I’m pretending the weekend just didn’t happen. "
